The 200m ² terrace is partly covered, equipped with lounge furniture, high quality so very well equipped for great summer nights with family and friends.
Inside as well as outside you will enjoy a very stylish living space, because it was furnished by a well-known artist of a wealthy family from Soller. Purist and state-of-the-art, the spacious villa reflects a bright airy and high-quality atmosphere. Everything is new and well maintained, adorned with small accessories and beautiful art, you have plenty of space to relax and feel good.. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped and a separate laundry room with washmachine and dryer is also provide. The house don’t offer air condition because it s a a fresh breathe the hall day.
