Boulder Modern Gem, Near Trails, Restaurants, Univ. of Colorado

Modern home in established neighborhood of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Designed by Dwell featured architect, the house was constructed with green materials and techniques, including solar electric power and radiant floor heat.

Although this space is a connected to the main house, it has an exterior entrance with views of the mountains and double insulation between the rooms, for extra peace and quiet.

The space is available for short term stays less than 30 days. When requesting your booking could you please let us know a little about yourself and your visit to Boulder. This helps us to ensure the safety and comfort of all.

The space is best for one or two people, but can accommodate three (especially if the 3rd person is a child). The space is 450 square feet, with an open floor plan, very spacious with nine foot vaulted ceilings, tons of light, wet bar, and a plenty of space for storage.

1 QUEEN BED + SINGLE BED SOFA SLEEPER
The Danish made bed (brand name Innovation) has a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. A loveseat sofa/sleeper pulls out to an additional single bed.

FULL BATHROOM
Full bath includes adjustable/detachable shower head, bathtub, fan, and heated concrete floors.

NEARBY
Just a few blocks away from trail heads, one can spend the whole day hiking. Located along bike paths with access to all of Boulder. Great mountain biking and road biking close-by. Perfect for those visiting University of Colorado, NCAR, NIST, and NOAA. Local skiing 45 minutes away, world class skiing a couple of hours away. IDEAL LOCATION.

Very cute apartment that was perfect for our stay. Super well appointed with the perfect little kitchenette to enjoy breakfast and coffee and any small simple meal. Priced very competitively compared to other places in the area. Poppi the puppy was very cute. Would totally recommend this place to others and would consider staying again.

I was visiting my daughter at CU and the location could not have been more convenient--just a mile from her house. The apartment is clean, fully-equipped, cozy, and has a great view to the Flatirons. Off-street parking was a bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

This rental was perfect for us. The neighborhood is great and is close to restaurants. We were able to walk to Folsom for our concert and it felt very safe. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming.

We had a great stay at this property. My son had an athletic event in the area, and the apartment was perfect. We had a small grocery order delivered to the property, and the kitchen was equipped perfectly. Will stay here again next time we’re in town.
