This outstanding 5-bedroom property is located in Hodgehill, an area that will provide you with direct access to the M6, placed just 15-minutes away from Birmingham Airport by car. The property will be a 20-minute drive from Birmingham New Street, for those who want to visit the city centre and explore the city, or simply require travelling to the more central areas.

The five bedrooms provide ample space for groups and those who are looking to stay for longer periods of time. The house can comfortably accommodate 11 guests and is fully equipped with hotel bed linen, toiletries, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 50” Smart TV, together with a spacious sofa in the living room.

The large windows and bright spaces are perfect for individuals that prefer houses to apartments and like having just slightly more extra room to unwind and relax after a busy day at work. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, will cater to those who are passionate about home cooking and preparing their own meals.

For those who drive, there will be off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Additionally, there is also a lovely garden where guests can enjoy the outdoor space.

Please note that we charge a £100 pet fee.

No extra guests

Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.

Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.

You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.

Place needs a lot of work

Here’s a polished version of your feedback for better clarity and impact:This property is in serious need of attention. The heating only worked in half the house, making it very uncomfortable. The first shower was clogged and unusable, though it was fixed the next day. The upstairs shower head had no handle, requiring us to awkwardly hold it by hand while showering. Additionally, the furniture was of poor quality, both in appearance and comfort. Overall, this place feels neglected and is in desperate need of a complete renovation.Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!
