Very nice but .........
Seahorses is a large , very clean apartment . The kitchen is well equipped with the advantage of a separate laundry room. The beds were comfortable with nice bed linen. Unfortunately, for us , the lounge suite was not suitable. It is too low and the cushions too wide. We had to use pillows as extra cushions. If you sit on the suite chair you cannot watch the television. The lounge window is high and so limits any view and the shutters darken the room. We did open them but it was difficult to keep them in place. The smaller bedroom looks into the courtyard of another apartment and keeping the shutters closed for privacy again darkens the room.
The garden is nice but a limited view of the marsh beyond. There was ample parking at this time of year but we felt at busier times a designated parking place would be advisable.

A blissful 4 days by the coast, Seahorses was lovely!
We had the most glorious time in the North Norfolk area, and the location of Brancaster was superb for that. The flat is spacious, and cozy at the same time. The amenities are of high quality and in good condition. This is our second time we used Norfolk Hideaways, and we would love to come back again soon. One thing I would have liked to have more clarity on was the bins and what to do with waste. There were no obvious instructions, so that would have helped. Otherwise, a huge thanks again.

A lovely property close to the sea
A most enjoyable holiday in lovely accommodation made even better with fantastic weather. Only criticism is the chair and sofa in the lounge. Excessively low. Almost like sitting on the floor. If you have poor mobility you would not have a very relaxing week as getting out of the chair is most difficult.
Comments in visitor book endorses the above.
This is the only complaint. So get a new chair and sofa and then just perfect.

Lovely but noisy.....
A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location but our stay was spoilt by the poor sound proofing between Seahorses and the apartment above. We could hear the occupants conversations, tv etc. and their young children constantly running up and down their stairs and landing. It was incredibly loud at times!

Good location in a quiet area
Everything about the property was top notch and very clean. Kitchen, bedrooms, with good beds, and shower/bath were all good. The lounge was good too. One small point the settee and chair in the lounge were very comfortable, but very low. It could be a struggle to get on to and off of for some people, and why comfort was pur down as 4.

Seahorses
Enjoyable stay the only drawback was there was no outside garden to use other than the main garden but no chairs or table provided .
In the kitchen there was no draining board which was strange.
The flat was very clean and comfortable

Our Second Visit
Having spent a lovely week here at Christmas 2020, we decided to visit again in the summer. We were not disappointed. The coastline and countryside surrounding Seahorses is delightful and peaceful. The accommodation adds to an overall feeling of tranquility and we will definitely be making a return visit for the third time.

Well located apartment
This apartment is well located in Branchester and has good access to the lovely North Norfolk coast. Brancaster beach is an easy walk. The apartment was spacious, had all facilities needed for a short stay and nicely decorated. Our biggest criticism was the wide and very low sofa and chair in the lounge. We did not find this comfortable to sit on or easy to get up from despite us being reasonably fit.

Simply the Best.
We have stayed in North Norfolk a number of times and this is the best accommodation we have had. The walk on the sea wall starts just outside the property and we were on the beach in 10 mins. No expensive parking necessary! We found the discount vouchers provided by Norfolk Hideaways particularly useful and used one to join NWT at half price. This membership provides free parking at their reserves. Seahorses will be our first choice for our future visits.

Lovely apartment in great location
We spent a lovely week at Seahorses. Lovely, spacious and clean. Our only gripes, the uncomfortable seating in the living room - it was so low and hard to get out of for us! Would be nice to have a couple of bath sheet towels, rather than just small bath towels that you can't wrap around yourself. The shower is brilliant, wish our one at home was as good and lovely comfortable bed too! Convenient location and parking.

Our stay in Norfolk at Brancaster (Seahorses)
Seahorses was everything we hoped for. Beautifully appointed apartment with high quality fittings and furnishings, spotlessly clean and plenty of space. The location was great for us as we did a lot of walking from the apartment and didn't feel the need to drive the car everyday, the weather was glorious which is always a bonus. The beach was 10-15 minute walk and the pub (The Ship) which served good food and ales only 5 minutes away, in fact there are quite a lot of pubs nearby, all serving delicious seafood !
Sandringham is a must visit, the grounds are spectacular and the house is well worth a visit, we found it really interesting.
North Norfolk is well worth a visit, lovely rural villages and a fabulous coastline, we come from the West Country so the scenery is very different but no less beautiful ... we shall return !

Out of lockdown 3!
It was everything we expected from the description provided. Glad of effective heating as our week was unseasonably cold. Getting up from the settee is a challenge for us oldies!!
