Partial Gulf Views fill the main living area and the unit is equipped with all of luxuries of home, including a private washer and dryer! The master suite offers a King Size bed and has its own private bathroom with large shower and huge walk in closet. Bedroom 2 features two full size beds as well as another walk in closet. The second bath has been beautifully updated and is conveniently located just outside BR 2.

Fully equipped with WIFI, a large television in the main living area and comfy furniture. The building features a beautiful heated pool overlooking the powder white beach. Plenty of loungers, tables w/umbrellas and private grills for residents & guests.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the famous Long Pier of Redington Beach. Treat yourself to a Five Star Experience at an affordable price! 90 day minimum rental period. Due to very high demand, a 50% deposit is required to book the unit and remainder 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after 60 days before booking date, deposit is non refundable. Owners are local and ready to welcome you!

Alan and I grew up on Long Island NY. I"m from a traditional Italian family and Alan grew up in a big Irish family. We married in 1991 and moved to Florida in 1997 and have never looked back! We still have a lot of friends and family in NY and we visit often, but Florida is our home. We have two kids, Michael and Katherine who have flown the nest, but still have our little furry child Lucky with us. The Beach is our happiest of "Happy Places" and our dream has always been to have a beach getaway.

Why they chose this property

We found this condo in the Spring of 2017 and it was beyond our wildest dreams to be able to own a little slice of heaven RIGHT ON THE BEACH! This condo was a diamond in the rough but we saw its potential! We renovated the entire condo, top to bottom to make it the perfect, updated beach getaway with all the beautiful finishes we love...Open, updated Kitchen, renovated spa-like bathrooms, low maintenance "wood look" tile floors and stainless appliances. We love all the natural light that shines in off the Gulf and the bedrooms are amazingly in closets too! The building is perfectly situated right on the beach and the surroundings are pristine. The neighbors are incredibly truly like another family.

Last but not least, the SPECTACULAR SUNSET along our beach is amazing. Every night brings new colors, gentle breezes and nourishes the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Redington Beach, particularly where we are located, is mostly residential so you don't get loud, crowded beach goers. It's also right next door to The Long Pier, which offers one of the best fishing spots along the Gulf. Check out the website here
