Hosting three bedrooms, a double, and two twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), along with a shower room and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. To the outside there's an private veranda with seating and enclosed terraced garden are with furniture, while off-road parking is available for one car (or two small cars). Ystwyth 26 is a traditional holiday home for a fantastic seaside getaway to Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating and gas fire. Gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave, TV with built in DVD player and separate FreeSat box, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car (or two small cars). Private veranda with seating and enclosed terraced garden are with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: The on-site facilities are open from April-Oct inclusive, including an indoor pool with flume, a games area with arcades, a football pitch, and adventure playground, pass available from reception at additional cost. Note: Sorry, no stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Veranda furniture is kept in the shed and must be put away after use. Please note: Ystwyth 26 is on a hill and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please Note: This property accepts one well behaved dog - but due to site policy they must be kept on a lead on-site, they are also not permitted in the bedrooms.
