1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €7 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Nice, clean and pleasant. The closest village within walking distance although there is no pedestrian pavement. A few too old pots to use, and the bathroom window did not open. However, overall pleasant stay and hosts, value for money.

Disappointing
First impression was the remoteness of the property. On outside of the property, windows and door were covered in cobwebs. Inside a bit dated with specifically the following issues:
a) Both shower areas had shower heads which need replacing,
b) none of the curtains in most of rooms closed properly,
c) host mentioned on arrival that the sat tv was intermittent, in actual fact it didn't work and this was particularly annoying as it was dark around 8pm .
d) ceiling in master bedroom had considerable damp patches and in need of painting.
In our view it would take very little investment to freshen the place up. It should also be stated clearly that it is in a remote country area.
