Great Location for a Short Stay

We took the train in, and it was a super short and easy walk to the property with a smooth check-in process. The room was small but worked fine for our short stay, and it was very conveniently located in town.

This was a very cozy spot. Much smaller than we expected but we were out most of the day. We had no place to sit except the bed. We needed toilet and towels and it took over 10 hours to get a toilet response. Other than that it was great.

This is not a hotel, but a house with separate rooms and no reception. The room was smaller than expected, but it was clean. Parking was difficult — we were only able to find a spot once during our three-day stay. The TV remote also wasn’t working.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay. We are pleased to hear you found the room clean, though I am sorry to learn that some aspects did not meet your expectations. Windermere Central is designed as private-room accommodation within a shared house setting rather than a traditional hotel, and we’ll look to make this clearer for future guests. I also apologise for the difficulty with parking and the issue with the TV remote. Both points have been noted with our team so that we can improve the experience going forward. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you well with your future travels.
