Borgo Canapegna - Casa Celeste

Property is located in the municipality of Fabriano in the province of Ancona, in the Canapegna area, in a splendid scenographic context among green hills and mountains.
It is a Municipality of the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi, where the homonymous Grotte di Frasassi (just 15 minutes from the city) are located, famous for the production of paper and watermark. In addition, just under an hour's drive you can reach Monte Cucco (1566 m asl) where you can take walks, hikes and for fans of free flight, hang gliding and paragliding, thanks to the favorable updrafts. But also mountain biking, canyoning, horseback riding, trekking and since 2009 it is also possible to take guided tours inside the spectacular cave of Monte Cucco.
New for 2022: air conditioning in all rooms!
The house is near a small village, 3 km far from Fabriano. This medioeval town is worldwide known because of the production of quality paper since 13th century.
Not to be missed the famous Frasassi Caves, 10 minutes by car from the house. Building was an ancient church, part of a small village. Owners renewed it to let guests enjoy a magic stay and its wonderful view. Private pool. The house is nerby another two vacation homes, separate in order to guarantee guests privacy.

Soggiorno breve per lavoro a fabriano. La casa è stato un buon punto di appoggio, comoda e pulita. Piacevole il caminetto acceso in questo periodo. Il proprietario ha dato molte indicazioni utili, in particolare sui ristoranti (da non perdere Il marchese del Grillo, abbastanza vicino). Per il poco tempo che ho avuto, il giardino è stato sfruttato grazie alle belle giornate. consigliato sia per lavoro che per vacanza

Stay at the Red House Fabriano

We had a very nice stay in the Red House at Fabriano which is next to the Blue House. Cristina from the agency and Paolo, the proprietary of the house, are very kind persons. They gave us a high level service. The welcome from Paolo was extremely warm. The house is very cosy, with the terrace, the garden and the swiming pool. It is well furnished with the ad-hoc material. In summary, we spent very happy days in the Red House and in the region.

Davvero una bella casetta, ben tenuta e con tutte le comodità...piscina e bbcue che non possono mancare per dei soggiorni piacevoli. Consigliata davvero per relax anche per soggiorni lunghi.

La villa è davvero grazio...

La villa è davvero graziosa, atmosfera incantevole e serate davanti al caminetto acceso. Cucina attrezzatissima e tutte le comodità. La posizione della casa è riservata ma al tempo stesso ci ha permesso di visitare le bellissime Marche. Ottimi i consigli di Paolo sui ristorantini, sempre disponibile per ogni informazione. La vacanza è stata rilassante grazie alla piscina e al giardino in cui i bambini si sono davvero divertiti.
