The Neighborhood: NR3 is like the Hackney of Norwich. It's packed with culture, independent shops and is considered the 'Silver Triangle' as it's the up and coming sister of the famous Golden Triangle near UEA. You can see one of the famous Norwich Cathedrals from our front path! We're also close to Mousehold heath with is a 350acr area of ancient woodland. Perfect for walking and exercising. Three decent pubs within 5 mins walk. One is an award winning asian eatery with people coming from all around the region to sample their food.
Getting Around: Near to bus stops, city centre and about 5 mins in car from train station.
Other Things to Note: Small hassle free gardens front and back. In the living room, you'll find a wall mounted TV with an Amazon Fire Stick so you can stream your favorite shows by logging into your own netflix/amazon accounts. The dining room has feature lights and art works. A trendy brushed industrial floor opens out into the kitchen. Pet owners - We charge a surcharge of £25 per pet per stay. However, please do not allow your dog upstairs. This is due to additional cleaning of the hairs off the bedding. We may have to charge additional cleaning fees if there is pet hair on the bedding.
The ground floor bathroom has a nice bright shower and bath.
You’ll access the upstairs bedrooms via a somewhat steep flight of stairs.
The second bedroom is bright and airy with drawers and a storage cupboard. The storage cupboard wasn’t renovated along with the rest of the house, so looks very 1980’s! Shouldn’t be an issue for most.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Norwich. Most mornings we walked along the banks of the river and into the city.
After some disastrous online booking we were relieved that this apartment was as advertised and worked well for us. We will definitely use it again when we are back in Norwich.
Well-appointed, comfortable, small terraced house near the city centre. Pleasant stay. Nice pubs with food within easy walking distance. Minor issues with the key code e-mail, and parking permit, but the owner was responive and the issues were quickly resolved. Recommended.
Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries.
Everything was great - apart from kitchen facilities which were sparse. Comfortable seating... great beds... excellent shower... good tv reception etc. BUT oven shelving needs attention and couldn't get 2 of the gas rings to work. So it's a great place to stay for the city - just don't plan to do much cooking!
