Beautiful holiday home in Son Serra de Marina, ideal for family and children.
This modern villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. You can enjoy the magnificent outdoor pool, BBQ, garden and terrace.
If you are looking for an individual holiday in a quiet and cozy this is your home, where only 600 m away you can enjoy the lovely Mediterranean climate and beaches that offers Mallorca. The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people. WiFi available.
DOMUS GENTI VT/1830
Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Traumurlaub

Wir können die Finca zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Es war ein Traumurlaub, wir haben das Haus mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind ( 1Jahr alt) für 10 Tage gebucht. Das Haus ist sauber, sehr gepflegt und die Bilder stimmen eins zu eins überein. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit in Empfang genommen, hat uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt und Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt ist in 50 m zu erreichen, der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Can Picafort) und Restaurants gegeben. Er kam sogar am nächsten Tag nochmal mit Spielsachen für unseren kleinen vorbei. Der Ort Son Serra ist ganz klein, sehr ruhig und hat eine wunderschöne Bucht. Ebenfalls ist die Agentur sehr nett, es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, die Kaution haben wir auch sofort zurück überwiesen bekommen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, vielen lieben Dank Felipe

Superbe séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette villa fonctionnelle, bien équipée, très agréable avec sa terrasse et sa piscine bien exposée. Secteur calme propice au repos. J'y retournerais avec beaucoup de plaisir.
