Barnsley House is a grand Grade II listed Georgian house resting at the centre of Teignmouth, Devon. Hosting five bedrooms, two boasting en-suites and one with a Jack-and-Jill shower room, and a ground-floor family room, this property can sleep a total of 13 guests - 10 adults and 3 children. There is an additional shower room located on the ground-floor. The interior is complete with an impressive kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with a terrace and lawned area featuring a solar panelled heated outdoor swimming pool available from Mid May to September. Off-road parking is available for three cars. Barnsley House is a fantastic choice for any celebration in the South of Devon.

Enter the wide entrance hall through double doors to the ground floor where there is a large kitchen-dining room and a spacious main lounge; both of these rooms are south facing with access to the garden. There is also a ground floor bedroom with a double bed, a separate downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. As you ascend the wide sweeping staircase look up to view a uniquely beautiful roof lantern.
On the first floor there are 4 main bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and a large family bathroom. The first bedroom has a super king bed and a single bed, this room enjoys stunning views of the sea and Devon coastline. The second bedroom is the large sunny master bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom, including a freestanding bath and double shower, a double vanity basin and toilet. This room has a small sofa area and enjoys stunning sea and Teign estuary views. The third bedroom has a king sized bed with double aspect windows over looking trees at the front and side of the house with its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a family bedroom with a king sized zip-lock bed and bunk beds, with access to the family bathroom. There is a large landing space to access these first floor bedrooms and bathroom.
