· Lovely carpeted master bedroom with new King-size bed, balcony access and a flatscreen television.

· Master bathroom features a vanity with a cushioned seat, and a walk-in-shower with seat, safety rails, and two shower heads.

· Second bedroom features a new King-size bed and a flatscreen TV.

· Stacked washer and dryer in hall closet.

Amazing time at the Phoenix IV

We had a really good time. Great location and awesome room. We love the convenience to get to the pools, the hot tub and more importantly the beach. We loved our time. Definitely a place to come back to.
