Wonderful vacation

Nice flat with everything we needed, beach over the road, amazing morning coffee with fresh croissants from the bakery close to flat and with the view to the sea. Nice walks to the old city along the promenade. Very nice host, thank you, Roseline!

My husband and I really enjoyed our two-week stay in this apartment. We would gladly stay here again if we get to come back to Nice one day. The view of the sea was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for us.

I had a lovely time at the appartment in June/July. I like swimming and had refreshing early morning swims. Shops were convenient and easy. There was a heatwave during my stay and the air conditioning worked very well to be comfortable. My sister stayed for 5 days and loved it too. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday

We booked for two weeks and did not want to return home. It was en excellent location.

We booked for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. Excellent location with easy access to tram, train and bus transportation. We would definately book here again on our next stay in Nice. Everything you need is provided by Madame and when WiFi seemed to fail one day she immediately came to the rescue to fix it. She met us upon arrival and also as we left. We adored the location and the experience. Pateserie, boulangerie and grocerie all only 1/2 block away. Absolutely the best.

Fabulous view!

Great view and great location, can get everywhere easily by tram or bus to explore Nice and the surrounding areas Rosaline gave us a great welcome and our stay was comfortable. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment. There is no hot tub as stated in the information. Beautiful view of the promenade and sea from the apartment and balcony. Would stay again! Roseline was fantastic

Roseline was helpful from the minute I arrived at the airport with instructions on how to get to her place. She gave me bus and train routes a locations saving me for a lot of walking. The bakery and grocery was just around the corner and the location is 500 feet to " The Miami Cabana" restaurant with lounge beach chairs and umbrellas, the best on the beach. the balcony overlooks most of the Riveria . I travel solo and her apartment worked out perfect for me. Roseline will help in any way possible to make your visit memorable.

Appartement bien placé, transports en commun devant et derrière l'immeuble. Commerces à proximité. Possibilité de stationner la voiture gratuitement mais il faut aller sur les collines derrière. Pour finir, vue superbe sur la mer avec ce petit balcon !

Le logement permet de profiter de sa situation en bord de mer, des commodités à proximité, magasins, restauration, transports vers le vieux nice et les villes avoisinantes. Cela laisse le choix de vivre différemment dans un cadre idyllique.

Appartamento di fronte alla spiaggia

L'appartamento ha un'ottima posizione in quanto consente l'accesso immediato alla spiaggia, inoltre nelle vicinanze è presente sia la fermata autobus sia la fermata tram. Vicino è presente un Carrefour Express, una pizzeria e un'ottima boulangerie dove degustare le specialità tipiche di Nizza. L'host ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le spiegazioni. La promenade des anglais è piena di vita sia di giorno che di notte.

Mes voyageurs sont très ouverts aux consignes, propres et respectueux de mon logement. Ce qui est important car il y a d'autres voyageurs qui arrivent le même jour. Donc les timings sont courts entre les deux.

Objekt o.k., freundliche Gastgeber (s.o.). Herrlich der Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Störfaktor: der enorme Verkehr auf der Promenade des Anglais, der zum Glück abends spät fast gänzlich aufhört.

Now retired from a hospital job, I travel as much as I can. I work with clay, frame images, do oil painting and create art pieces combining enamel and copper. This apartment is my home when I do not rent it in summer.

Why they chose this property

I share my time between the sea and the countryside; have another residence 15k outside of Nice in a lush green village, which allows me to vary my places of residence. And when I am in Nice, I am on vacation all year round. Come and see for yourself and you will understand.

What makes this property unique

The apartment faces south and the view is superb and not obstructed. “Miami Beach” directly across from me is semi-private (beach amenities for a fee) yet parking is free on the seaside of the Promenade des Anglais. As it is my personal residence, the studio is entirely equipped and very comfortable, firm beds, many modern kitchen appliances. Internet. If arriving by airplane, I will come and get you at the airport when my schedule allows it.
