Pool Heating is available for $60 per day (October & May), $75/day (November, March, & April) and $90/day (December, January, & February).

A large living room has a comfortable Kreiss sectional sofa, which can seat up to 6 people - with several additional chic lounges. Dining Room seats 8, and has it’s own private south facing patio for lounging.

Kitchen is stocked & functional: features a gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, and also has separate beverage/wine fridge, and second undercounter freezer. Countertops are porcelain: impervious to stains, so maintenance is a breeze.

The exterior pool and spa area feel like an extension of the interior, especially at night (when seductively up-lit), and are fully private. The pool features a Baja shelf for lounging.

Backyard features: A citrus grove, outdoor bathroom with urinal, and pool access bathroom.

Pool Area: Outdoor dining for 12. Outdoor queen daybed for hotel-style lounging. 7 standard outdoor chaise sun lounges.
