Siulador 107 fantastic villa with private pool, terrace, pool table, table tennis and air conditioning

Spectacular terraced house just a few metres from Muro Beach.



Great location, 400 metres from the beach where there is a water sports school and the s'Albufera natural park.

Capacity for 7 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are three other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

There is a double bed and all other bedrooms have two single beds.

Fully equipped open kitchen next to the dining room - living room. In the living room area there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and a large table.

The whole house is fully air-conditioned.

Charming outdoor area, featuring a 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and a porch with a table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.

In addition, there is a billiards table and ping pong table to play.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Reasonable price for a great villa. Well connected to via bus / taxi to Alcúdia and Pollenca, stellar restaurants / cafes nearby and 2 minutes from the beach. Would book again!

The villa was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach

The villa was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and well equipped for our family's 2 week holiday. WiFi worked well and had great Aircon. Unfortunately the pool wasn't ready until the day after our arrival. The management team were apologetic about this and generally they were easy to communicate with and helpful via whats app. The outdoor area could have been a little nicer and better thought out with some plants and nicer fencing instead of black screen netting. Apart from this the listing is accurate.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. Overall we were very satisfied with the villa, it was as described and the pictures gave an accurate portrayal.The hosts were quick to respond to our queries both before and after our stay.There was a lack of basic amenities in the villa which would have improved my review. For example salt and pepper, oil and basic cooking requirements. Information on local places/restaurants and WiFi joining instructions would also have been useful.However, overall we were very satisfied. The outdoor space is great, the pool and outdoor seating area were much enjoyed.

The location is great and it’s a good size space

The location is great and it’s a good size space. We didn’t have hot water for 3 dayseven water for 1 day. The wifi was disconnected for 2 days as well as the tv. The maintenance man was kind but they didn’t come to fix right away because it was a holiday. When they did fix it we only had warm water. There was no attempt to remedy the issue- didn’t offer to buy us waterany type of refund at all. The couches need proper coversneed to be replaced. The dishwasher didn’t work.

Aufenthalt rundum perfekt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und nah am Strand. Die Bilder sind akkurat und die Vermieter antworten schnell und sind flexibel. Das einzige Manko ist das nahegelegene Naturreservat, welches ab und zu ein bisschen riecht. Außer diesem Punkt war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt.
