Great location, clean and quiet apartment with modern amenities, responsive and flexible hosts. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the king sized bed in the master bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved every minute of our stay here. The location was excellent, and even though we were in the midst of all the “action”, the double-paned windows kept out all the noise. Inside, it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was super clean and to have the AC when we needed it was great. Our hosts were always responsive, patient and a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Favorite apartment on our trip

Great location! Easy walk to train station and the major sites. Spacious apartment with laundry. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here! Excellent restaurant right next door. Easy check in and out process.

Lovely unit. With four flights of stairs to climb, we didn't come back during the day. The location is central but quite busy, but quiet. Enjoyed the restaurant right downstairs.

The location of the property was perfect and the accommodations had all the essentials. There were no extras/ coffee/tea etc. The bedding was so comfy and the great big skeleton key was fun. we had a bit of trouble with the lock. there was a trick! Also 69 steps to get to the door but normal for Italy stays, I think. Fell in love w/Florence.

Great Florence vacation

The apartment was in excellent condition. It was very well located for touring the area. We enjoyed our stay but the steps were challenging for some of our senior group.

Great stay for our family of 4

We stayed here with our two kids, ages 6 and 8, and we had a great time. The location was fantastic, just down the street from the David (Academia Museum) and just one block from the Duomo. We enjoyed fantastic restaurants and excellent gelato around the neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location allowed us to come in and out between sightseeing - the 3 flights of stairs were not a deterrent for us at all. In fact, we appreciated being on the top floor of the building where it was quiet and there was a lot of natural light. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in close proximity to the major sites, dining and shopping. There are two grocery stores nearby. One is for gourmet items and the other the basics. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence

This apartment is beautiful, historic, and just meters from the Duomo and the Accademia. We loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5, and close to everything that we wanted to see. It was very clean and hospitable. We did not mind the 4 flights of stairs, and enjoyed the scenery. Sabrina and Luigi were wonderful hosts!

Apartment was close to statue of David. Very walkable through the city. We did a self checkin and she was very easy to get ahold of. We were well prepared with all the stairs after reading all the other reviews but otherwise the stay was great.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Florence

Just back from a stay in Florence. The apartment worked out great! Everything was as advertised. The air conditioner works very good, especially with the summer heat. Beds are comfortable, place was clean. The location is terrific, close to everything we wanted. The hosts helped us get in as we were tired and a bit confused but found number 22 just a little further down the street. It is a walk up, but the only time it was a pain was the first when we had to carry our luggage up, after that no problem getting to the top floor. Was also very quiet at night got good nights sleep. Would recommend.

Other than walking up and down the stairs this is creat apartment. It is steps to the Duomo Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Accademia Gallery: Statue of David. Place to eat very close and small markets for snack items

fantastic location but

The apartment was a block away from the Duomo and an easy walking distance from the train station, Mercato Centrale, and all the other major attractions. It was comfortable and welcoming after a long day of visiting the city. Since the check-in process was completed without personal contact, the host was not present to address specific problems we encountered and the method used to provide our personal information (passports) was not secure.

Beautiful, roomy, clean, perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is clean and newly remodeled. Everything is top quality. The location cannot be beat. It is a close walk to everything. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk away. There was an extra €40 asked of us after booking. This was to pay for a new Florence tax on Airbnb. We were asked to leave it in cash when we left. This apartment was such a nice place we happily paid.

Central location

The property is very central to Florences historic centre, approximately 3 minutes walk to the church of Santa Maria.There is car parking garage next door and the owner also has an agreement with a garage on the same street.The apartment is exactly as the pictures show and communication was excellent. The apartment was well equiped to self cater and was a large space for 4 people to stay. It is on the third floor and there are a lot of steps but this is mentioned in the booking it was hard work pulling a suitcase up many flights of stairs but dont let that put you off booking. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a small carrefour supermarket that has basic essentials which you could self cater from. withwith a garage fur

Central Florence Apartment

What a lovely place! From the time of booking to the time we arrived, it was easy to communicate with Sabrina. The apartment is on a side street that connects the Duomo to the Academia, so it is well travelled but quiet and quaint. It is on the top floor which meant it had plenty of light (and sky lights). The kitchen is up to date and well stocked - we used it for breakfast, some lunches and cooked three gourmet dinners. It's spacious - great for two adults and 2 kids to spread out. The apartment is so centrally located, so we could go to Palazzo Vecchio in the morning, come home for lunch and a nap, then go to the Academia. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The washer/ dryer and dishwasher are very useful, plus there is a clothes line. We felt right at home! We highly recommend this apartment and we would be eager to return.
