The flat has recently refurbished to a high standard and blandly new equipment. It is rated 4* by official tourist office services as well as 3 'Epis' from French rating agency 'Gites de France'.
- Spacious bed room with views on the garden and bathroom en-suite (including washing machine). We do provide a double bed as well a cot for a baby.
- Fully equipped designer kitchen: oven and cooker, microwave oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge as well as all necessary cooking tools
- Spacious reception room with comfortable seats, table and TV, with views of the garden.
- WIFI and landline phone available.
- Clean Linen and towels provided.

Chambery is conveniently close to the ski stations (25Km) or lakes such as the Lac du Bourget (12km), and is an easy reach from the Geneva or Lyon Airport (both with direct shuttles to the city centre). In winter, flights are also available from London to the 10km nearby Aix Les bains airport .

Lovely, quiet apartment in Chambéry

We stayed for 10 days in this nice one-bedroom apartment just eight minutes from the old town in Chambery. The apartment block is set among mature, evergreen trees, situated on a hill overlooking the Château. The unit is on the first floor, which made stair-climbing easy, but there was a bit of apprehension about access from the outside through the windows. Fortunately, there were shutters that we could close when we were not at home. During the day, we looked out on lovely flowered gardens and heard many songbirds. The apartment was well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen (a sharp knife would have been nice, however), so we prepared meals and settled in when not out and about town. Madame Lateur met us upon arrival. We were able to park off street which was a huge bonus. All in all, we would return, if the opportunity presented itself!

Excellent accueil. Personne très disponible et très aimable. Très bonne location très calme avec tout ce qu'il faut (même pour un long séjour). Beau parc fleuri (roses, iris, arbres en fleurs) autour de la location.

Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée ,nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte ;Cette personne nous a indiqué parfaitement le mode de fonctionnement de son appartement .Celui-ci était très propre et bien équipé .Elle nous a indiqué des endroits pour nous restaurer. Le lendemain matin ,l'état des lieux s'est parfaitement déroulé. Nous remercions sincèrement nos hôtes.

A quiet retreat a short walk from the centre

Very pleasant welcome to a spacious apartment. Ideal for two. Completely equipped kitchen. Ground floor, lots of big windows. Extremely clean. Ancien Chambery is fun to explore. Walking there is downhill; back is up, but itbis not too far.

Appartement charmant sur les hauteurs de Chambéry, dans une résidence calme et verdoyante avec emplacement pour garer une voiture. Situé idéalement à 10 minutes de marche du centre ville. Cuisine refaite à neuf et très bien équipée. Gérante et propriétaire charmants. A recommander!

Une résidence de rêve à Chambéry

Une résidence de rêve dans un cadre paradisiaque. De plus, le propriétaire et la gérante des lieux sont d'un tel humanisme et d'un tel professionnalisme que, du coup, je me commets en abonné régulier, dorénavant. Le prix qui y est attaché est vraiment modeste par rapport à la qualité des lieux. Une fois que l'on essaie ce gîte, on en devient accroc.

Appartement tout confort, très bien situé

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, propre, cuisine moderne, au rez-de-chaussée d'une résidence très calme, située tout près du centre ville. Accueillis sur place par Mme Lateur, qui donne toutes les explications sur le logement. Le plus : ménage compris, draps et linge. Je conseille vivement ! Bailleur sérieux.
