Spacious terrace with outdoor dining area, sun loungers to relax and swimming pool. Private parking and a barbecue to enjoy a good outdoor meal.

Small but Beautiful!

Very pleasant stay in a secluded finca. Immediate environs excellent - Caimari and Selva both charming towns with really good restaurants. We recommend Foc i Caliu very highly.

Really nice finca with everything you need. We went there for cycling and got to every tour really easily. Arnau is also super friendly. Plus theres a little supermarket right around the corner. Would definetly book again :)

Perfect secluded villa for a family holiday

such a lovely secluded quiet spot. in the garden/pool you barely saw another person. we loved using the bbq in the garden and sitting outside in the evenings. the astro turf grass surrounding the pool was IDEAL with a young child. our 2yr old son also loved visiting the chickens next door everyday. being on one level was also a huge bonus with a young child. air conditioning was very effective. would definitely return.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und traumhaft ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alles war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in vielen tollen Orten und super Restaurants. Ein Auto kann direkt auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Das Haus ist leicht zu finden und der Check-in kann eigenständig gemacht werden. Wir sagen danke für die tolle Zeit :-)

Es incluso mejor de lo que nos imaginábamos, el lugar ideal para desconectar unos días, la casa limpiiiisima, superequipada, la piscina ideal con vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana. Y la predisposición de Arnau ante cualquier duda de 11. Sin duda un lugar para volver una y mil veces. Un turismo rural de calidad para disfrutar del interior de la isla y de las calas del norte. Nada, o igual si, que estaba ocupada la siguiente semana que sino hubieramos alargado.

Eine Finca in ruhiger toller Lage. Zum Entspannen perfekt! Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt und man kann diese teilweise zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Fuße des Tramuntanagebirges. Der Ausblick ist Fantastisch. Ich bin alleine gereist und habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Um unabhängig zu sein empfehle ich ein Auto zu mieten.

L’emplacement est idéal et parfait pour des vacances tranquille. L’impression d’être seul au monde. Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité. L’emplacement est à un point central de l’île. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais elle suffit largement pour se rafraîchir et pour les enfants. La literie n’est pas bonne (dans la grande chambre, nous avons très mal dormi) Manque d’équipement pour que les enfants puissent jouer.

Wunderschöne Finca am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges. Wir haben hier 9 Nächte verbracht, uns zwei Fahrräder in der Nebenstadt Selva geliehen und unsere Roadbiking adventures wahr lassen werden. Die location ist ein absoluter Traum für alle Natur Liebhaber. Der Empfang vom Personal war einsame klasse, total flexibel & herzlich. Der Pool ist perfekt für die heißen Sommertage. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Tolle gepflegte Finca in traumhafter ruhiger Lage! Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.

Monse hat mit uns über WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen um die Übergabe der Schlüssel zu planen. Ging alles ganz schnell. Die Finca hat uns super gefallen, die Ausstattung hat gepasst und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Etwas abgeschieden und direkt am Fuße der Berge. Palma hat man innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreicht. Anlage war sehr gepflegt, wobei man sich hier nur auf den vorderen Bereich konzentriert hat. Würde aber auch keinen Sinn machen den Rest des Grundstücks noch aufzuhübschen, würde man sowieso nicht nutzen da zu groß -)

Sehr schöne Finca mit schönem Pool die sehr ruhig in der Natur liegt direkt am Tramuntana Gebirge und rund 30 min vom Meer entfernt . Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kontaktpersonen Arno und Monse sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Wir waren sehr zufrieden ... Nichts

Große Finca mit Aussicht für den Sommer

Der Empfang und die Übergabe durch die Mitarbeiter der Vermietfirma war sehr nett und herzlich. Alles wurde uns gezeigt und die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. In und außerhalb der Finca gibt es viel Platz, sodass man seine Sachen problemlos verstauen und es sich gemütlich machen kann. WLAN funktionierte wunderbar, TV haben wir nicht benutzt.

Die Finca ist ein Traum! Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Hervorragende Ausstattung. Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Inselmitte und ist deshalb für Ausflüge rund um die Insel gut geeignet. Die betreuende Agentur und der Inhaber Arnau waren stets zu 100% für uns da und immer erreichbar. Toller Service! So eine Betreuung findet man selten. Daumen nach 👍
