Roomy villa with all the things you need. A couple of minor problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently Slight smell of damp but this might be because we were the first visitors of the season.

Perfect place to relax

We had such a nice time relaxing and swimming in the beautifully clean pool. We cooked 4 nights in the well-equipped kitchen and had most everything we needed. Our only caution is to be aware all of the beds are short. If you are 6 ft tall or more, you will not fit in the beds. Overall a very nice stay.

A great sized villa with outside space and pool for x8.

Very helpful provision of beach towels and towels, and superb washing machine to ensure we didn’t need much luggage for full two weeks. Superbly located in a quiet superb with very easy access to beach, Mini-markets and a handful of bar/restaurants. No aircon in upstairs apartment at all but very handy to have in all bedrooms downstairs.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen ! Sehr nette Vermietungsargentur mit bestem Service. Jederzeit telefonisch, per App oder E-mail zu erreichen. Einfacher check in. Sehr schönes Haus in bester Lage. Alles sehr sauber, gute Matratzen und alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Ich werde diese Unterkunft oder etwas von dieser Agentur jederzeit wieder buchen. Hier ist man in guten Händen...! Herzlichen Dank MAUTER VILLAS für einen perfekten Aufenthalt vom Anfang bis zum Ende

La estancia ha sido fantástica

La casa era muy grande y las camas muy cómodas. La zona de fuera es enorme y la piscina también. Había aceite, café y otras cosas de cortesía. No faltaba ningún utensilio de cocina. La única pega es que estaba lloviendo y la barbacoa no tenía techo.

Bellissima casa in una zona tranquilla e facile da muoversi a piedi!eravamo due famiglie e siamo riusciti a goderci tutte le zone in piena tranquillità! La casa è attrezzata e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere, anche quella al piano di sopra. Alla prima settimana ci è stata fatta una pulizia. La piscina e la zona grill molto belli. Vengono forniti teli e lenzuola. Speriamo di poter tornare a minorca e tornare in qiesta magnifica villa!

La casa es tal y como esta en el anuncio

Perfectamente ubicada en una zona tranquila a las afueras de Ciutadella, a unos 5 minutos de la playa que tiene restaurantes y costa para ver el atardecer. Las habitaciones son grandes y hay aire acondicionado en la planta de abajo. En la descripción no lo pone pero la planta de arriba no está conectada al piso de abajo. Una casa limpia y bonita con buena comunicación con la agencia en todo momento. Nos encantaría volver el próximo año. Una sugerencia sería que ofrecieran mas productos de limpieza como: desinfectantes, papel de cocina, jabón , mas pastillas del lavavajillas, trapos de cocina, limpia suelos. Solo habia dos rollos de papel higiénico por baño en una casa de 7 personas no llega para 6 dias. Esto como recomendación. Gracias.
