Location was fantastic. Supermarket, tapas bars and other eateries very close by. There are two sports bars , if interested in the immediate area.The area is quiet but only a 20 minute promenade walk to the marina and all of its restaurants etc.Amenities and comfort in the villa excellent with the hosts friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa. The villa is well presented and has a great patio area with sun beds, umbrella and pool. Pool was cleaned regularly and when we asked Alexis for additional bowls, this was no trouble at all. Great location, walking distance to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, playground well stocked supermarket and bars. Short taxi ride (from across the road) to the lovely Mariana Rubicon. Aqua Lava water park is a short taxi ride away too. Would highly recommend a stay at the villa.

Great place to stay

The property is in a lovely quiet area. There's a small shopping centre across the road which has shops and a few bars. When you walk down to the beach the views are stunning. The villa itself has everything you need. The shower is great. Everything was clean. The garden is spacious and private and the pool is clean. As previous reviews, the villa is a little tired decoratively but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall, a really lovely villa in a great location.

Nice villa

A nice well located villa in a very quiet area. Nearest bars and shops about 2 mins walk. Excellent host, very clean villa, great shower (essential in my book), all the essentials are provided. Visited in February and plenty of sun in the garden, although you do need to move the beds around to catch this. I’d recommend a little more patio to accommodate the afternoon sun at this time of year. However easily overcome. Would return..!

On the whole we had a pleasant stay. The amenities are very good and shops nearby. We had a problem with the pool, the water level went down. Alexis took his time coming back to us to remedy the problem. The pool man came round to top up the pool, but failed to notice that the pool was not very clean. Both of the pools in the bungalows next to us were cleaned, but not ours. We were slightly disappointed as we have stayed here before and had no problems at all.

Alles super schönes Haus alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Manko, der Pool ist nicht beheizt und kann im Frühjahr leider nicht benutzt werden es sei denn man ist „Eisbader“, ansonsten alles prima.

Unser Ueberwinterungsurlaub.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Räume waren gut mobilliert. Das Wohn/Esszimmer war gross und die beiden Terrassen ebenfalls. Auch der Pool war schön gross und gut gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nicht benutzen weil das Wasser zu kalt war. Carmen, unsere Betreuerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank. Das Meer war gleich um die Ecke. Das Einkaufszemtrum befand sich gleich über die Strasse, was für uns sehr hilfreich war, da wir kein Auto hatten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Las Marinas 37, " Villa" heeft upgrade nodig, versleten indruk

- Adverteerder noemt het een villa, dus enige luxe verwacht. Tegenvallend - Versleten doorzakkende oude banken, bed hard en voelt oud aan, lekkend koffiezet apparaat, erg weinig bestek etc., oude scheve douche in het bad. - Om een villa te worden genoemd moet er geinvesteerd worden in nieuwe huisraad. - Ruim huis, zeker voor 2 personen. - Ligging wel ok. Op loopafstand van stranden richting Playa de Papagayo. Het eerste strand 15-20 minuten lopen. Het echte Playa de Papagayo duurt zeker 45 min, niet 12 minuten zoals vermeld in de info. - Gunstige ligging vlakbij winkels en een paar restaurants - Door de ligging en de wind vanuit het noorden in de winter minder geschikt. Veel schaduw. Er zou een terras voor het huis moeten zijn. - Prijs/kwaliteits verhouding niet goed

Mís disculpas por llevarse dicha impresión de las villas, son villas normales ubicadas en una zona muy tranquila y espectacular en nuestra opinión , ya le dijimos si necesitaba algo más sólo tenía que pedirlo, ya vemos que no hizo mucho caso. Todo va relacionado con la calidad y el precio , y nuestras villas están en dicho rango, hay muchas villas de más calidad con el doble de precio, lastima que haya elegido la nuestras !!

Great Villa for a relaxing holiday

Great Villa, everything was as expected. Some shops and restaurants a short 2 minute walk away. Beach a short 15 minute walk too. Alexis provided lots of helpful information before our stay, and when we needed help, everything was resolved quickly. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend.

Great villa in a quiet part of town

This is a lovely villa in a nice and quiet part of town. Some local bars and restaurants and supermarket just a very short walk away and a small journey to the lovely Rubicon Marina. Has everything you need for 4 people to stay. Showing some signs of age but this doesn't take away from enjoying a relaxing holiday. Many thanks Alexis!
