BEST FLORENCE VIEW

After 4 months of complete renovation in which we have put ourselves with body and soul trying to create the home that we would like to find in our ideal travel, we are very proud to welcome you in our stylish, cozy and romantic penthouse, modern but not cold, simple but functional, of design but not flashy, the concept behind the restoration is "less is more" and the attention at details is maniacal, nothing is left to chance, from the custom design sinks completely handmade to the customized heaters with the image of the Dome, from the ambient lighting that highlights the centennial brick wall to the one hidden in the head of the bed, from the table legs to the minimal coat hanger made by a local blacksmith, from the stainless steel kitchen top to the stone soap dispenser... and we hope you like it as much as we do!!

You'll be at the top floor (only 57 steps) in a small tipic ancient building dating 1680 in the beating hearth of medieval historic center, a privileged position in the middle of Renaissance story and it's operas, between Michelangelo's David and Duomo, all the "MUST" are within 15' walking distance.

There are many windows, some balcony but really few terrace with that view, then.... icing on the cake is the private large terrace with it's stunning view of the Brunelleschi's Cupola (600 years) that makes the apartment unique, a rare pearl where you can stay in love with Florence for your once-in-a-lifetime experience, enjoy surreal relaxing moments while hear the sound of the violin of the street artist from Duomo square or the bells of the Giotto's tower, here you'll have breakfast, drink a Chianti or dine while enjoy the magic sunset shades behind the Cupola.

The design kitchen is provided with double induction plate, microwave, toaster, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, Italian moka coffee machine, fridge with freezer and all the necessary for cook.

The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's king size bed, if you are 2 that want sleep separately let us know WHEN you book, we must ask extra linens to the laundry for a little extra fee.
If you are 3-4 persons just select it WHEN you book so we can provide extra linens and towels and organize the sofa bed in the living room.
There are 2 bathrooms (each one with access from his room) and a sliding door can separate the living from main room for a complete privacy if you are (For example) 2 couple of friends.

One of the thing that was much appreciated is that there isn't an upper floor, then no steps noise, no rubbing of chairs, no music in the middle of the night....also the new Daikin Emura aircon (Very efficent and really silent), new anti-noise windows, orthopedic king size mattress (5,90x6,56) and the Daunen Step duvet pillows (all new and high quality) guarantee your perfect rest.

ALL the apartment is at your complete and private disposition.
Linens, blankets, towels, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Aircon, tourist tax and all the utilities are included in the price and no other will be request.

On request we can organize various arrangements for birthdays/anniversaries/marriage proposals, in the photos of the announcement there are various proposals, from simple rose petals spread on the ground to ornamental balloons, from the bottle of wine to the photo/video set, we use Of the collaboration of various agencies with years of experience.

WHEN you book we must have a picture of EACH your passports/ID for register your presence to the police headquarter in accordance with international anti-terrorism law, like an hotel , B&B or any other accommodation.

Pets of any kind are NOT allowed, it is absolutely FORBIDDEN to smoke and parties or events are NOT allowed, each guest in addition to those booked MUST be promptly communicated and we MUST have a copy of each document.

The Italian legislation for this type of rental (Tourist Rental, 99% of the ads present) precludes the provision of any type of service during the guest's stay, for example breakfast, change of sheets, cleaning etc. Are expressly FORBIDDEN, we cannot even leave you a bottle of water, certain of your understanding we hope to welcome you soon.

Our house is also known by our guests for being very clean and sanitized. All rooms were sanitized with disinfectant and bleach. The laundry was washed by a professional laundry at high temperature with bleach and disinfectants, as per anti-covid-19 health legislation.

The historic center is 90% pedestrian area, you will not need a car or public transport to move, in any case if you come by car we have an agreement (Only for small and medium-sized cars) for € 23/24h with a private parking just behind the street corner (Park2Go, via Ricasoli 18), booking is recommended through their website by selecting "small car", to get there you will enter the Limited Traffic Zone (in Italian Zona Traffico Limitato: ZTL) passing under one of the telematic doors with red/green lighting (red from 7:30 to 20:00, green from 20:00 to 7:30) you will have to say that you are guests of "Attico Pucci", they will take care of downloading your license plate from the municipal website so as not to get you any fine, they will issue you a note which certifies your regularity and which you must keep.
