Holiday villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The rustic style of this villa is characterised by wooden final touches, warm colours and picturesque images that decorate the rooms. All of this perfectly matches with the most modern elements and the light, thus creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Once you enter this villa, you will find a vast open space. It is composed of an air-con-provided living room, furnished with a wood stove that will be extremely important during the winter nights. Then, you will find the dining area and a completely equipped galley corner. The villa has five bedrooms, two with a 1.35-mt large double bed each, and three with two single beds each. The day bed in the living room can accommodate one more person. Out of the three bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other two are provided with a shower. The holiday home is provided with a biomass boiler, which warms up the Jacuzzi, in addition to providing heating to the whole accommodation.

The terrace, filled with fruit trees, flowers and bindweeds, is a real beauty, where you can shelter from the sun rays and relax. The outdoor area lacks nothing. In fact, here you can share a fantastic dinner with your beloved ones while enjoying the views of the surrounding landscapes. Or else, you can relax in the Jacuzzi, which can welcome up to 6 people, wander in the garden, or cook on the barbeque. You can also leave your car in the private parking provided. The villa also has an outdoor bottle rack.

The heated swimming pool is available all year round at an extra cost and reaches a maximum temperature of 28/30ºC (depending on the outside temperature).

Access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane. The road that leads to the house is a mountain road, for which curves characterise it. However, you can access to the villa with any car.
