The main bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bath, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds located directly across from the shared bathroom. Perfect for couples or small families, the house comfortably sleeps up to five people with the addition of a rollaway cot.



Situated on a 100-foot-wide canal, the property includes a 37-foot dock and a fish-cleaning station, making it ideal for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Stay connected with HDTV and WiFi while enjoying serene water views.



Conveniently located with quick access to the Vaca Cut Bridge and the Atlantic Ocean, this home is the ultimate Florida Keys getaway. Enjoy an eastern exposure with sunny mornings and shady afternoons, and take advantage of its central location midway between Key Largo and Key West, off the coast of Marathon — renowned for the best fishing and diving in the Keys.



Key Colony Beach has restaurants, a post office, a 9 hole-golf course, Sunset Park, and two playgrounds that are all within walking distance from the house.



There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Coco Plum is a 6 minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 16 minutes away, and Curry Hammock State Park is 9 minutes away from the home.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form via Email/Booking Channel. Complete the form to receive further details about your stay!



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
