Our 3-bedroomed villa has 2 bathrooms and its own private pool is available for your vacation. Located in Briargrove, Davenport your holiday villa is ideally situated for Kissimmee and Orlando. Briargrove is a peaceful location and yet is only 10 miles from Disneyworld and is close to all other major attractions. Driving time to Disneyworld is just 15 minutes, enabling you to return to your holiday villa for lunch and a quick dip in the pool before returning to Disneyworld for the evening's festivities.
Your holiday villa features 3 bedrooms, all of which sleep 2 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with access to the pool. There is 1 other bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The large living room features a beautiful view through the sliding doors to the covered pool area. This room has a sitting area and a dining area The large pool is situated in a garden unusual for its big size. There is a breakfast bar dividing the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your holiday. It also features a breakfast nook.

Uncomfortable furniture

The pool was great. All the furniture including livingroom and all beds were very uncomfortable. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Nice Location

House was ok, needs some updating inside and out, and a few items are in need of repair and replacement. Beds were terribly hard and on wheels with plank flooring, omg slid every time you tried to sit down or get up. Please, please invest in a few memory foam mattresses for all beds, and a few pillows that are not so flat, it will boost your occupancy rating alot! Pool was nice and relaxing. Was not happy fence was down in yard on 2 sides. But it worked out fine, it was damage from hurricane Ian understandable. Please provide TV instructions some where in your binder. Over all if mattresses are replaced, I'd stay again for sure. Location was close to about everything you'd need. Thank you for letting us visit your home. Ps. Put trash out for Thursday pickup as instructed, but I think it comes on Tuesday instead. It was not picked up when we left Friday morning.

Just Expensive Crap

3 thread bare washcloths for 4 adults, floors were ridiculously dirty, pots and pans so warped and gunked up with previous food you couldn't cook with them and frankly it turned my stomach the amount of uncleanliness. The beds were the worst I have EVER EVER EVER slept in. Master bed on day 3 middle of the night the support bar fell out of the "1 yr old" bed the 2nd bedroom the bed rolled you toward the middle had some sort of spring or whatever sticking in ur back. Mold on shower curtain and in the grout. Toaster didnt work properly and only on one side, the blinds were missing pieces and some slats fell down when we were gone during the day. They literally left a tiny bit of toilet paper not even enough to get thru the night we arrived at 5 was out of tp at 7 am and heading to the store. The dryer had to be run 3 times to dry a medium size load, the pool had a bunch of huge dead spiders and bugs. For almost $700 for 5 days I somewhat expect clean. I gave leeway to outside based on the fact they had a hurricane but the inside? Seriously when your charged fees to include cleaning you expect it to be clean. The ad is deceptive, pool isn't big it's definitely not 6 feet at one end being I am 5'3" and it wasn't up to my head even, didnt see much in way of garden.Breakfast nook? Up they had a table in the living room with all the mismatched uncomfortable seats and a small table in the kitchen. Just spend the extra 100 and go else where that's my advice from some one who has used vrbo for 10 years 1-3 times a year!
