Located in the charming neighbourhood of La Latina, famous for its lively social life, a wide variety of culture and numerous points of interest. There are many excellent restaurants offering traditional Spanish food, some of which date back to over a hundred years. Points of interest such as Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and a long list of museums, cinemas and theatres are just a short walk away.

This comfortable and modern apartment is located in a fully renovated 1950s building and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a large shower inside the bedroom itself. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.

The bathrooms have large built-in showers and towel warmers. There is air conditioning everywhere and independent heating to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
