Located in the charming neighborhood of La Latina, famous for its lively social life, a wide variety of culture and numerous places of interest. There are many excellent restaurants offering traditional Spanish food, some of which date back over a hundred years. Places of interest such as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and a long list of museums, cinemas and theaters are just a short walk away.
This comfortable and modern apartment is located in a completely renovated building from the 50s and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower inside the bedroom itself. There is also a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bathrooms have large walk-in showers and heated towel rails. There is air conditioning throughout and independent heating to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
