Olavide XVI apartment in Madrid
Located in the Chamberí Neighbourhood, one of the most traditional and favourite areas of Madrid. In an old building recently fully renovated with the highest quality and the greatest elegance. Simply perfect.
Entering the building is a delight. Its decoration has been carried out with all the details trying to preserve the old and valuable while incorporating the latest technology. In the entrance, there is an elegant hall with stairs leading to the lift.
The Apartment:
Designed with 3 clear premises: comfort, practicality, and aesthetics. This is a 3-bedroom apartment where spaces have been maximised to ensure each room is always pleasant. The living room is spacious and features a dining table and large double sofa bed facing a state-of-the-art television: smart TV and 3D. The kitchen, located at the entrance next to the living room, is very practical and fully equipped. Behind the living room is the corridor that distributes the three bedrooms, all with capacity for 2 people. For the first two, both with windows overlooking a bright interior courtyard, a latest design of bunk/trundle bed has been chosen, which allows for 2 beds, one on top of the other or just one if left unopened. Very comfortable and safe. The main bedroom at the end of the corridor has the second bathroom incorporated, also with a shower, modern and spacious. The bedroom with a double bed has windows overlooking a fabulous and very quiet light well. The apartment has another bathroom with the same characteristics as the previous one. Independent high-speed internet included in the price.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

We were looking for a clean, quiet, and easy to use apartment and MIT house delivered. The app worked superbly at unlocking the doors on command. This neighborhood has a few local eateries that are fine when needed, a nearby pharmacy and drug store and is but a 10 minute cab ride or a 35 minute walk to the major sites.
The piso was very well equipped and in a great location near transportation, restaurants, bars and parking. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 6. If I had to complain about one thing, it is that the unit smells like smoke, however, it was advertised as allowed smoking.
