Two Sails is perfect for 2 families holidaying together with the option of having their own private space. The property has been designed so that it can be divided into 2 via a dividing door. Each side has 2 bedrooms, striking bathrooms, and modern, open plan lounge kitchen diner. Each has their own set of double French doors which open onto the back patio where all can enjoy the sunny terraces in private. There is a Lazy Jane BBQ with a detachable griddle which can also be used as a fire-pit.
It is also very easy to merge together inside the property via the dividing door where everyone can join together in the cosy lounge with the wood fire on Port Side. Starboard side boasts 2 bedrooms below decks, a double bedroom with walk in dressing room and the Mermaid room, really popular with children with its resident Mermaid, Sea Horses and porthole window. The Mermaid room can either be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed. A fabulous shared bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and toilet. Above, amidships is a modern galley kitchen which extends to a lounge diner with smart TV. Off the lounge is a door which opens out into Port Side. Port side boasts two large bedrooms on the upper deck, 1 double room and 1 twin room which can also be made up as a double bed if required. Amidships is a separate toilet, a stylish, modern bathroom with shower over bath and separate basin. Port Side has an open plan modern kitchen lounge diner with wood burner and smart TV. The dining table can be extended to fit up to 8 people.
Unlike most of Brixham's holiday properties, there is on site parking for 1 vehicle and available on street parking to the front and rear of the property.

The place was spotless, the accommodation generous with beautiful decor and everything you need at hand. The property us maintained to a very high standard, but very cosy and comfortable too, thank you to Helen and Bruce.
Our stay in Brixham was superb. The whole check in and out was easy, the place is bright, spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped and as advertised. We were fortunate to have good weather so sitting on the terrace having our morning coffee was delightful. It was a 15 min walk to town and a short drive (or long walk) to the South Coast Trail.
The property is just as described. It is spotlessly clean, beautiful fixtures and fittings with everything you’d need for your time there. The beds and bedding are best quality and so, so comfy. The little extra touches to make you feel welcome are a delightful touch! Can strongly recommend this property - and I’m speaking from experience. Bruce and Helen are most welcoming and are on hand should you need them - we didn’t as everything was perfect.

We have been involved in tourism and hospitality for most of our lives and take pride in our special house and making your stay an exceptional one. I (Helen) am Brixham born and bred so have an abundance of local knowledge all of which I am happy to share with you!
Why they chose this property
Two Sails is perfectly situated to enable easy access to all Brixham has to offer; coves, the habour and coastal walks all just 15 minutes walk away. Additionally it has a drive way for off street parking and free on street parking both to the front and rear of the property - Brixham is renown for it's lack of residential parking!
What makes this property unique
The house is arranged to accommodate a large family or two family groups. It is also ideal for friends traveling together who like their own space. The lay out gives the option of total integration or two separate spaces each with it's own kitchen, living space, bedrooms and bathroom. The two twin rooms can be made up as doubles on request. The terraced garden has a lovely sunny aspect with patio area and BBQ facilities. The house is easy to find and is located as to give quick and simple access to the road network. It is a unique property offering unique advantages to all guests.
