Newer 1609 SF of single level fully furnished condo provides a relaxing experience with indoor/outdoor living including wrap around patio, hardwood floors, spacious master with king bed and roomy bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private 3/4 bath. The third bedroom/office is/has a queen size futon/ couch and some useful office equipment such as a Cannon laser printer and the internet modem. The condo sleeps 6 when using the futon as a bed. The 3rd full bathroom across is across the hall from the 3rd bedroom. No stairs. Inside laundry room. Attached garage. Utilities included. Central heating /AC, internet, internet TV and Roku & Dishnetwork. Great condo design lay-out and community pool with spa within a short walk in lovely Forte Ranch condominium complex. The condo is located close to bike path. 30 DAY Minimum.

Great place to stay

My father and I stayed here for a month and felt very comfortable. It's a great place with everything you could need to feel at home. The condo is surprisingly quiet.

very convenient and comfortable

This is a great place to stay in. We have stayed here for two weeks in August 2017. The condo is very well equipped, with almost everything you need in the kitchen, including many condiments and supplies, and big TV in the living room (and unbelievably comfortable sofa). Everything was very clean and comfortable. The complex itself has a decent swimming pool, and a hot tub (actually not so hot). The apartment are 3 bedrooms. One is a big master bedroom, one is more like a children room with a sofa bed, which is OK to sleep in, though perhaps not as comfortable as the other beds. The third bedroom is just off the living room and kitchen, and this is slightly inconvenient, though we managed quite comfortably in there. The apartment has a nice patio, which is perfect to hang about to read, work, or just relax. I will certainly stay here again if I am back in the area.

The property was very well equipped and had more than what we needed

Truly a home, this condo felt like a home to us during our stay. The owners are wonderfully generous and had the condo well supplied with everything one would need during an extended stay. As much as we enjoyed the condo I think it could use a little unpdating, but of course, if they did that, they could easily change a higher price for such a great condo AND their great service.

Loved the condo! Very comfortable home away from home. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo that suited for living needs for the 12 days that we were in Santa Barbara. Beds where very comfortable, rooms were spacious, patio was our favorite place to hang out. I would absolutely recommend this condo. We hated to leave!

Wonderful place!

Just left Santa Barbara after 2 wonderful weeks. The condo is just great! Large, comfortable, beautiful, has everything we needed for a family of 4. It has a very well equipped kitchen and is extremely clean. The complex is quiet and picturesque. Easy access to town, beaches and shopping. Easy and respectful communication with owner. We loved the apartment and would love to rent it again when we go back. I would like to mention that the mattress in the master bedroom is softer than what we are used to. In spite of it, we slept very well. Don't hesitate, this is a wonderful place!

We had a 2"-thick foam mattress cover on the master bed. My wife thought it would help her back, I thought it was a little soft. After receiving Dvora's comment, we have remove the foam cover and hope the bed will not feel so soft. We will wait to hear from our next guest.

We are both retired and live part time in St. George Utah and the remainder of the time here in Santa Barbara. As we are both retired, we are renting our condo for a few months each year to help with our expenses.

Why they chose this property

This condo is located in the outskirts of Santa Barbara, no city traffic to deal with. Its located near the bike path that can be used to ride or walk to the beach or UCSB. It is close to highway 154, the road to the wine country and Chumash Casino. Its only 5 minutes to the airport and a few minutes longer to the Santa Barbara Harbor.

What makes this property unique

This condo has great indoor and outdoor living spaces. It's a short walk down to the community pool and hot tub. The condo has great natural lighting and is secluded. There are several great golf courses close by and if your a water and/or wine person, you are going to love Santa Barbara.
