About this property

A beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom villa with private pool that can be heated situated in the Cerro Grande area of Albufeira.

Totally renovated to a high standard with lovely decoration throughout.
There is a twin bedroom and separate large bathroom on the ground floor and also a cloakroom.

On the 1st floor there are a double and 2 twin bedrooms one which has a ensuite shower room. Also a separate bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. There is a door leading to a roof terrace with great sea views.

All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning units for 2024.

From the spacious living area there are patio doors which lead out to a covered dining area with portable BBQ at the back of the villa and also more patio doors to the front covered terrace which is child safety fenced across from the pool.

The Old Town of Albufeira with a large selection of restaurants and bars
and the town beach are a short walk away.

Pictures don’t do it justice.

Lovely villa - very cool downstairs. Pool was lovely and plenty big enough for 5 of us with a couple of inflatables. Lots of traditional features but also modern and tastefully done out. Walking distance to a good local shop, Albufeira Old Town and beach and the marina but we got taxis back from the town and marina as the hills were not for the faint hearted! Good communications with Lesley, the property manager who we organised a late check out with, giving us a stress free last day. Lesley also organised transfers for us which were punctual and friendly. A lovely stay. I’m sure we’ll be back one day.

Family stay in lovely good sized villa

Communication with the managing agent was superb. The villa was gorgeous, clean and spacious and we all had a very special holiday and spent a lot of time at the villa because it was so relaxing.

Terrible company

Property wasn't cleaned, random people arrived at the property unanteded to clean the pool and do some minor works. No one was at the property when we arrived and now they are trying to claim we damaged the freezer door.

Maison très bien situer endroit calme, la maison dispose de tout pour un séjour agréable. Seul bémol la taille des casseroles étant limite pour cuisiner pour 8 personnes, hormis cela que du positif

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre ami.e.s dans cette villa très confortable, décorée avec goût et avec une superbe vue ! Plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre, la piscine est très belle. Le centre d'albufeira et la plage sont à 10-15 min à pied environ et un intermarché à 8 min à pied aussi. Quartier très calme. On recommande ! Ps: il serait préférable de mettre des rideaux et/ou volets à la salle de bain du bas qui a pas mal de vis à vis sur la rue...
