Family summer vacation with adults and kids of different ages. Plenty of activities to keep everyone busy and enjoying the time. It was a great escape for the few days we got to share together. The house was as advertised and most certainly got what we expected. The river was just walking distance and the pool was a great piece to the property. The host was very gracious and responsive. Overall was a great trip and would do it again.

Beautiful large home that has all the essentials … fit my large family comfortably and breathtaking views! Private pool. Lots of fun! And the host was so responsive and welcoming! We will definitely be back.

Honestly the house served its purpose. We had a family get together for our daughter. The house was clean. The host was very accommodating. They even allowed a very early check-in. The pictures don’t do it justice. I will say the house is big so some of the rooms didn’t get really cool. Although they had fans in the home to use. My wife and daughters loved the property. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I have is the house just needs some tlc. It is a lot of house to keep up with and there are some minor cosmetic repairs needed. For those that like to cook, they have a big oven and a double burner stove.

Great Stay

Great place to stay for large family or group if in the area. Owner friendly and accommodating. Easy and smooth process and plenty of entertainment options available to enjoy. If ever in the area again with large group will for sure stay here again.

We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The stay was comfortable for eight adults to stretch and be in their own space. Public places were inviting, prompted confession and gathering. We grilled for most of the time, and enjoyed the first floor cover area the most. We all slept well, cooked large breakfasts, and enjoyed the Sunday football games in the spacious living room...we had successful family excursion.

Nice home with attentive host.

Beautiful home with wonderful location. Good central location between Austin and San Antonio. Spent time visiting the neighboring towns and also took advantage of the perks of the home. Enjoyable stay for our party of nine.

Family gathering

All ages had a nice time, took our kayak down for a nice paddle, bbqued, and enjoyed reminiscing with family we hadnt seen in a while. House well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of room for all to enjpy!
