Beautiful well equipped cottage in a good location
The cottage is really spacious and has literally everything you need: from pots and pans till an umbrella. The kitchen was great which was really handy since most eating places in Painswick were closed while we were there.
The bed was really comfortable and a perfect shower. There are many beautiful walks in the area. We walked at Haresfield Beacon and also the Valley of Slad which were both great walks.

Perfect place to stay in Painswick
Cotswold Lodge is a real home from home. We could easily have stayed there for a month. It has everything you need, a superbly equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and an equally comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Beautiful home and beautiful surroundings
Cotswold Lodge was immaculate, spacious, comfy and homely and provided everything we needed for our three day stay. The place was very tastefully decorated and the outside seating on the veranda was a bonus. Hannah was on hand and very responsive too. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to stay there again ourselves.

About the host
Hosted by Host
Welcome to Cotswold Lodge.
We are Hannah and David and we live next door with our two young children and our young Tibetan Terrier Freddie. I grew up in the village and returned from London with David to bring up our young family.
We are happy to answer any questions you have either prior to arrival or during your stay. If we are away from home we can always speak on text/email to help our guests maximise their stay in our lovely village. My parents live around the corner and can often help with queries if we are not available.
Guest are free to sit and relax on the private deck during a fine day and talk to our friendly dog who is often roaming around looking for titbits of food.
N.b. The wooden deck has a view over the valley but is also is open to and partly overlooks our fully functional family garden complete with 2 small children, dog, climbing frame and a small plunge pool.
We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of Paradise in the Cotswolds.
