Villa Elena is situated in the heart of Tuscany at southeast of Florence (reachable in a half a hour driving and 25 minutes by train) among the most beautiful areas like Chianti Classico, Val d’Ambra, Casentino National Park, Chianti Rufina and Valdarno. Siena and Arezzo too are within easy reach either by the scenic country route or the Autostrada del Sole. The villa has been extremely well renovated and provides the most fabulous, spacious site for a perfect holiday. It is an expansive house providing high standard of accommodation. Tasteful furnishing blend beautifully with the Tuscan arches and typical ceiling with exposed beams. Outside a wonderful garden with a 10 X 5 swimming pool and a patio for “dining al fresco” during the summer. Villa Elena is ideal for an extended family or group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 300,00 euro - For stays of more than one week there is an additional cost of 200.00 euros for changing linen and weekly cleaning - Heating cost 1,20 euro per lityer - Electricity free up to 250 kwh. Pool available from April 18th to October 31st.
