"Cal Gruixut" was awarded second place in the category of "Best Tourist Accommodation for Rustic Architecture and Design" in Girona province (2023), as part of the 5th Girona Awards for Holiday Apartments and Villas.
The property covers more than 1 hectare of land, with a well-maintained garden, swimming pool, barbecue area, and vegetable garden.
The house offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and an independent studio with its own bathroom.
