We are a small family and have spent many summers in the villa at the CostaBrava. Some of the beaches still look the same as back in the 70s because the government did not allow any buildings in the nature reserves. We love the coast and all there is to do, so the villa really means a lot to us. We live and work in Germany so unfortunately we cannot be there all year...
Why they chose this property
The property has been in the family since it was built in 1972. After 40+ years we figured it would be time for a substantial upgrade and also renters wishes changed over time. So we decided for a full re-modeling of the villa during the year 2015 which includes everything from insulation modernization to floorplan-changes and addition of a private pool. Starting in 2016 this "brand new" stunning villa will be more comfortable than ever for even nicer vacations than the ones we had already.
What makes this property unique
There is something for everybody here. Obviously in the summer there is the pool, the cozy beaches, at times the rough coast and everything you can imagine in terms of summer activities. Off season the weather is mostly very nice and walking, cycling and a cultural program make it worthwhile to go visit. In addition to what the region has to offer, the Manuki+ villa was designed with care to detail and with much love as a beautiful vacation home.
