The agent Paulo was excellent with communication and came back to any queries very fast. The villa is a little dated as stated in other reviews but the location is excellent so this makes up for it. We were a 5 minute drive to the marina and beach.

Family holiday

We had a fantastic time staying in Villa Anacari. The Villa is really spacious, perfect for the 9 of us. The marina is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The nearest supermarket (spar) we found was a 7 minute walk.

The villa was excellent. Towels were changed mid week and we saw the pool man at least twice cleaning the pool. Location for supermarkets and the marina was also very good. If I have to add a minor comment it is for older people the first step into the pool is quite a big step. But if you jump in the pool it’s avoidable. When we arrived the kitchen sink tap was leaking. They did an emergency fix and the next day sorted it. We would recommend this villa to anyone

Needs maintenance

Good location, but property is dated and needs maintenance and renovation! Not worth the money being asked.

Dear Hugo, The photos in the advert are outdated but you have placed your booking based in those photos. When you arrived, you found a house with a new kitchen, 3 renewed bathrooms and other aesthetical improvements, so much different from what the photos showing. Also, we have had no assistances requests during your stay so we confess that we are surprised with such review. This accommodation is by no means a new house, but is a rather nice house and extremely well located within walking distance to the centre. Regardless, we regret to know that the accommodation was not up to your expectations and wish you all the best. Kind regards, Vilamoura-Villas
