Wonderful one-bedroom west-facing duplex apartment on the seventh floor of Block A of the well-known Skol building. On the beachfront in Marbella centre, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

The holiday home comprises: access to the seventh floor by lift, living room with TV with some international channels, sitting area and dining area and a sofa bed. Open and moderm kitchen with everything you need to cook such as oven, hob, refrigerator, pans, etc., access to the private furnished terrace with amazing sea views over the west coast, Gibraltar and the north coast of Africa.Toilet. On the upper floor, you will find the open bedroom with two single beds and a renovated bathroom with a shower.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
