Casa Stefi - Old building apartment with large terrace and elevator.

Palazzo Filippi, where the apartment is located, was built starting in the 17th century. It features a wide internal staircase, typical of noble Ligurian palaces, with space for a modern elevator. The house underwent extensive renovations between 2002 and 2004, maintaining its original layout with high ceilings and a well-structured layout that exploits the internal volumes with mezzanines in some areas. An internal staircase from the hallway leads to the mezzanine level, where the third bedroom with its own bathroom and a study overlooking the open-plan living space are located. Since October 2025, air conditioning has been installed throughout the property to make our guests' stays even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Paolo is a rock star

Perfect location in the midst of old Imperia. The people in town were helpful and friendly. The apartment has a wonderfull terrace within two blocks of the sea. Foor in the restaurants was consistently good. The apartment was immaculate. It is close to church and the bells can get a little loud but the location and Paolo were just perfect. Very safe

Guests demonstrated great sensitivity and they lovely take care of our apartment. Fantastic guests that any host would like to have at his home! The bells are part of the Italian tradition .... but they are completely free of charge ;)

Unsere Zeit in Casa Stefi war überwiegend sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, das Meer ist in max. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Läden sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gestört hat allerdings die sehr laute Straße. In dem einen Schlafzimmer war es trotz geschlossener Fenster und Lärmstop in den Ohren nur sehr schwierig zu schlafen. Natürlich wird es ohne Klimaanlage auch sehr warm, wenn man nachts nicht lüften kann. Aber gut...alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen in Imperia. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - sowohl für Gastronomie als auch zum Strand. Man fühlt sich darin ab der Minute wohl. Ja, die Straße vorne heraus ist laut, aber man möchte ja auch nicht einsam in den Bergen wohnen und nach ein paar Tagen merkt man auch das nicht mehr. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Ja, die

Séjour très agréable

Séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce grand appartement où dans l’ensemble tout était très bien. Nous avons été très bien et gentiment accueillis (eau, vin, pâtes, et tout le nécessaire). Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible. L’appartement est très joli et idéalement situé dans le centre à côté de la magnifique église et des plages. Nous avons regretté la manque d’air conditionné car nous avons souffert de la chaleur, le bruit et notamment dans la chambre du fond qui donne sur un rue très fréquentée et quelques détails liés à la propreté.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen mitten in Imperia verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral neben einer guten Pizzeria und der besten Eisdiele der Stadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sie ist wunderschön und mit allem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet. Paola war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Der nahe Strand ist mit Kies und durch Wellenbrecher sehr ruhig, in 700 m ist ein weiterer Strand mit Wellen. Kleines Manko: in einem Zimmer kann man durch die Lautstärke nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen oder kann es nachts wieder öffnen.

Schön und zentral

Schöne,großzügige Wohnung die sehr zentral gelegen und somit Strand , Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Bringt dadurch natürlich auch einen gewissen erhöhten Geräuschpegel mit sich.

Für uns die perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie mit drei Teenager perfekt. Grosszügige Räume, schöne Einrichtung und es hatte alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Man ist hier mitten im italienischen Alltag drin, was wir auch gesucht haben. Nicht geeignet für lärmempfindliche Menschen. Man kann sich sehr gut zu Fuss im Städtchen bewegen, auch zum Strand. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Ungewöhnlich perfekt und großzügig ist diese Wohnung. Von der großen Terrasse blickt man wie von einem Logenplatz. mitten ins städtischen leben und ist doch gleichzeitig ruhig abgehoben.

Schöne Dachterrasse

Wohnung war sehr geräumig mit einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Schöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe, ansonsten habe ich mir von der Umgebung etwas mehr versprochen. War aber trotzallem ein schöner Familienurlaub.

Wer Italien in seiner lebhaften Vielfalt kennen lernen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Die schöne, großzügige Wohnung liegt im Zentrum und direkt am Marktplatz. Der Kiesstrand ist fußläufig und gut zu erreichen. Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Das alles führt allerdings zu einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse rund um die Uhr.

Mooi huis in centrum Oneglia

Dit is een prachtig en luxe huis in het centrum van Oneglia. Dichtbij het strand en dichtbij de stad, met drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers en goed geoutilleerd. Vooral het terras is geweldig, daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Vanaf het terras kijk je uit op een groot plein, waar twee keer per week markt is (op woensdag en zaterdag). Imperia is al langer een van onze favoriete vakantieplaatsen en nu hebben we weer een mooi verblijf daar gevonden. We hopen zeker een keer terug te komen.

zeer goed uitgerust appartement

wij waren met 3 echtparen,,wel zo fijn dat een ieder een badkamer tot zijn beschikking heeft. zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en heer, en heel mooi gesitueerd in het centrum,met woesdag en vrijdag een warenmarkt. wij hebben het als zeer aangenaam ervaren.

Great apartment and amazing hosts

Apartment is very spaciuos and authentic situated in the very centre of Imperia-everything you need (including the beach:)) is few steps away. Very big and beautiful terrace. And most importantly the hosts are very helpful and nice people-we stayed in their apartment for two weeks and they helped us a lot: arranged bed and hight chair for our little daughter, helped us to solve parking and even health issues. Greatly reccomend this place to stay!

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen an der Italienischen Riviera.

Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen in Imperia (Italienische Riviera), ca. 150 Meter zum Meer (Hafen), ca. 300 Meter bis zum (Kies-) Strand. Gepflegte Wohnung über 2 Etagen, sauber, komplett und geschmackvoll eigerichtet; erreichbar mit Aufzug und daher nahezu barrierefrei. Tolle, große Dachterrasse. Eines von drei Schlafzimmern liegt an einer stark befahrenen Gasse. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Reinigung im Preis inbegriffen. Reichlich Shopping-Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genügend Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafes in der Umgebung. Unterkunft und Lage entsprechen den Angaben im Online-Inserat. Vermieter angenehm, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
