Surfers paradise in Esmoriz

The apartment is according to the description, very close to the beach. It is spacious and convenient for the five of us, 2 adults, 1 teenager, 2 children. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The people from the surf camp are nice neighbors. We would come again.

Esmoriz by the Ocean - a piece of Heaven!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and fresh. Fernando was an amazing host. The toen is beautiful and the people friendly and accommodating. Great restaurants in this area. We could hear the beach waves from the condo. It was soothing and calming. The beach is magnificent! The condo is well equipped. Grocery within walking distance. Totally enjoyed our stay ... perfect piece of heaven.

Esmoriz beach area- Portugal.

No Problems with property. Host very good, explained in detail all the facilities,helped with booking return taxi to airport. Mr Santos communicated mainly in French. Luckily I had basic French, and we managed to communicate accordingly. A very helpful person. We were a little early in the season, and restaurants were not all open, as we understand it the season gets underway in June, May was a bit too soon. Weather perfect.

Deceptive listing; undesirable property

The house is NOT on the beach, like the video in the listing makes it appear. There is no view except to a back concrete courtyard. The house is dark and not nicely appointed or decorated, with an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat lid is cracked and held together with tape! The host, who does not speak English well, tried to explain in French the gyrations needed for how to get hot water! We immediately decided not to stay, and left.

Esmoriz gem ❤️

Fernando met with us the first day and showed us around and explained the functionality of all appliances. He was extremely accommodating, any questions we had throughout our stay he replied immediately. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the accuracy of online listing is because the gaming room was not equipped with a gaming console/computer like in the pictures which my son was really excited for. His condo is modern and well situated near cafes, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It was a nice stay and I would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. ❤️

Fun in the Sun

Great apartment located close to beautiful beaches. Nice restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Small supermarket around the corner for essentials. Having your own transport is essential as taxi’s or uber for the immediate surroundings were not available. Bicycle rentals available in Esmoriz. It was possible to book uber to travel to and from Porto. Owners were great and very helpful! Responds to questions immediately and left us a very clean and beautiful apartment to live in for 2 weeks. We had a great time! Walked to the beaches with gear in the morning, walked back to the apartment in the afternoon for lunch and returned to the beach for the romantic last rays and watched the sun setting in the ocean. Bars and beach cafes stay open till very late and we enjoyed the many fish restaurants. Porto was easily reachable by train or car and we spent a few days exploring this great city. I would stay here again in the future.

Prima Lage. Herrliche Umgebung.Große Küche. Surfschule neben an sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider für 6 Erwachsene nicht optimale Schlafoptionen. Zwei mussten auf aufblasbarer Luftmatratze schlafen.

Unkomplizierter und sympathischer Vermieter (Fernando)

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Bars, Restaurants, Mini Market, Bäckerei und Fahrradverleih sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren in den Norden oder Süden. Vermieter war unkompliziert, sympathisch Wohnungsübergabe und Rückgabe war sehr einfach. Küche und Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Balkonmöbel waren stark abgenutzt und teilweise kaputt. Wir hätten uns noch einen Esstisch in der Wohnung mit Stühlen gewünscht damit wir in der Wohnung nicht immer den Balkontisch mit seinen Stühlen nutzen mußten.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine,l'appartement est de très bon standing, et très bien placé par rapport à la plage et à toutes les commodités cependant le club de surf étant juste en dessous du balcon le calme peut être parfois rompu, mais les chambres étant à l'opposées les nuits restent relativement calmes. Je recommande pour des jeunes couples.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable ,l’appartement est calme et bien situé proche de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous avons été très bien reçu. L’appartement est propre et spacieux avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité (il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans cet appartement pour se sentir comme chez soi). Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici en location. Merci encore aux propriétaires.
