Our apartment is located in the front-line beach luxury complex called La Perla de la Bahía. It is a ground floor with two bedrooms and a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the beach. It has a private garden. The apartment has been decorated very tastefully and it is located in a quiet area.The bedrooms have double beds and spacious fitted wardrobes with en suite bathrooms. The bright living room has a big sofa and lounge chairs in front of the chimney, a dining table with chairs.The apartment has a spacious and fully fitted wooden kitchen and a utility room. From the sunny terrace you will enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. You can access to the terrace from the bedroom and the living room. In the terrace you will find a table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa and 2 sunbeds.The community has four big swimming pools (one is heated), communal gardens, and direct access to the beach.The property is fully air conditioned/heated, it comes with an underground parking space, private WIFI connection and it is located next to 2 beach restaurants and the Finca Cortesín, a 5 stars beach club hotel.

Easy booking and comunication with Costa Holidays. The apartment was as seen in the photos( small things can be fixed but they didn’t prejudice out stay).
Great pool with lifeguards ( very friendly and polite).
Great place to relax, quiet and so near the beach. You only need a car to do some shopping, Great location.

Great Stay with a Few Improvement Suggestions for a Perfect Experience
The location and views from the apartment were fantastic, making our stay very enjoyable.
The apartment's amenities were generally well-suited to our needs, and we appreciated the comfortable living spaces.
Given that our stay was three weeks long, we believe that a mid-stay cleaning and a change of bed linens would be a reasonable service to offer. We noticed that the quality of the towels and sheets showed significant wear.
There are a few areas in the apartment that could benefit from some updates. Notably, the shower support in the master bedroom fell while I was showering and hit me (please find attached a photo of the shower support). Repairing this would enhance safety and comfort for future guests.

Review of Apartment La Perla de la Bahía 1501
On the positive side, the development itself remains excellent and the location is truly fantastic – beachfront, quiet, and with beautiful views.
Overall, this is still a lovely place to stay with a prime location, but some upgrades and extra care would significantly improve the guest experience.
We have stayed at this apartment more than once and, as mentioned already in our previous review, the property would benefit from some improvements. The kitchen equipment is quite basic and could use an update, as well as a general check of the electrical sockets throughout the house. The overall condition of the apartment is beginning to show some wear and tear, and the furniture would also deserve a refresh to better match the quality of the complex.
In terms of amenities, given the price level of the apartment, it would be a thoughtful gesture to provide a small welcome basket with some essentials (food and drinks) for guests arriving from a long trip.
Unfortunately, this year the main pool had some issues with water circulation and cleanliness, which was a pity.
