Villa Artist near Porec

Villa Artist is a beautifully decorated holiday house located in Vržnaveri, only 7 km from Poreč. It is designed to comfortably host up to eight guests. From here, you can easily visit the town of Rovinj (38 km away). The closest airport is in Pula (61 km), and Trieste Airport is 114 km from the villa.

At the heart of the property lies a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. Guests will find a pool table and table tennis, perfect for family fun or friendly competition. The covered terrace with a barbecue is a favorite gathering place for our guests.

For indoor entertainment, the villa offers a Play Station 5 with two games: FIFA and Overcooked. Satellite internet connection is available.

Villa Artist features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The ground floor includes a bright living room, a kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with double beds and private bathrooms, and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have TVs, and every window has mosquito nets for comfort.

For convenience, a fifth bathroom with a washing machine is located outside by the pool, so you can freshen up without going indoors.

Outside, a green area with olive trees complements three private outdoor parking spaces.

Villa Artist is just a short drive from Poreč’s famous Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO site. You can also visit Baredine Cave in only 4.2 km or go to Aquapark Aquacolors, which is 9 km from the villa.

Geräumige Villa mit 4 Zimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Wir waren mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 4 jugendliche zwischen 11-18 Jahre) dort. Vom ruhig gelegenen Dorf ist man in 10 Minuten bei allen Einkaufsläden, in 15 Minuten in Porec und in 20-25 Minuten an sehr schönen Stränden. Restaurants in den Nachbardörfern erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Pool, die 8 Liegen, der Freisitz und das Pool Billard waren sehr schön und wir hatten viele schöne Stunden im Aussenbereich. Leider gab es aber auch ein paar Wermutstropfen: die Betten sind extrem hart, was bei fast allen zu Rücken- und Kopfschmerzen führte. Mehr als 7-8 Stunden Schlaf am Stück waren nicht möglich. Die weiche Couch im Wohnzimmer wurde immer wieder als Zufluchtsort genutzt. Zudem wurde schräg gegenüber ein neues Haus gebaut. Die Bauarbeiter waren fast täglich von 7:15-17:00 Uhr fleißig mit Erd- und Bettonier-Arbeiten beschäftigt. Bagger, LKW haben so viel Lärm gemacht, so dass man kaum im Aussenbereich sitzen mochte. Auch der Hahn des anderen Nachbarn war ab 6 Uhr aktiv, so dass man spätestens dann alle Fenster schließen musste. Schade auch, dass es keine Info-Mappe gab, in der ein paar Tipps für Restaurants, Strände, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben wurden.

Hallo, Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht rundum zufrieden waren, aber wir waren auch etwas überrascht von einigen Problemen, die Sie hatten. Wir haben in vielen Jahren nie negatives Feedback zum Komfort der Betten erhalten. Wir übernachten selbst dort und finden sie eigentlich sehr gut, aber natürlich ist das Geschmackssache. Wir werden die Betten bei unserem nächsten Besuch erneut testen. Die Bauarbeiten sind sehr bedauerlich, und es tut uns leid, dass sie so störend waren. Wir werden mit den Nachbarn besprechen, ob wir den Lärmpegel und die Dauer reduzieren können, aber ich verstehe, dass Ihnen das jetzt nicht weiterhilft. Was den Hahn betrifft, sind wir leider/glücklicherweise, je nachdem, wie man es betrachtet, auf dem Land in der Natur! Für lokale Informationen liegt in der Mitte des Tisches eine Willkommensmappe gut sichtbar aus. Diese hilft Ihnen unter anderem dabei, die zahlreichen Prospekte und Broschüren zu den verschiedensten Attraktionen, Aktivitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in und um Poreč und Umgebung zu nutzen. Schade, dass Sie diese übersehen haben, aber die Mappe ist da. Toller Urlaub in Kroatien

Das Haus ist genauso wie im Inserat beschreiben. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch Pool- Handtücher sind verfügbar. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Liegt etwas außerhalb, aber dafür sehr ruhig. War insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder.

Alles in Allem war es genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Wünsche. Das Haus selber ist sehr sehr sauber und Top ausgestattet. Geschirr usw. Ist alles vorhanden, kleiner Tip wer selber kocht oder grillt unbedingt vorher Gewürze kaufen. Zum Einkaufen braucht man am besten ein Auto ebenso zu den Stränden.
