The property spreads its rooms across two independent floors connected by exterior stairs:



GROUND FLOOR



Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT. The open kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, oven, and dishwasher. The sleeping area on this level houses three bedrooms: the first bedroom fitted with two single beds and individual air conditioning, a second bedroom with a double bed (without air conditioning), and a third bedroom with two single beds (without air conditioning). This floor includes a full independent bathroom equipped with a shower tray.



TOP FLOOR



Accessed via an exterior staircase, it offers a second living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, and an independent kitchen equipped with gas hobs (without an oven). The sleeping area on this floor consists of two bedrooms: a fourth bedroom with two single beds (without air conditioning) and a fifth bedroom with a double bed (without air conditioning). This level provides a second full independent bathroom equipped with a bathtub.



Regarding air conditioning, the first bedroom on the ground floor features individual air conditioning. Additionally, the top floor is equipped with an air conditioning unit located in the hallway next to the bedrooms to cool the area when doors remain open. The property includes a room with a washing machine.



EXTERIOR



The garden plot offers an 8 x 4 metre private pool fitted with a metal ladder and outdoor shower, built-in barbecue for outdoor dining, garden furniture, and private parking space within the property for 2 vehicles.

Located in Calpe, just 1 km from the nearest sandy beach. It is situated 1.7 km from supermarkets and restaurants, and 4.5 km from Calpe town centre.
