Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples. We had plenty of room to hang out as a group and also had our own privacy with the 2 master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The hosts were very friendly and communicative & the house was very clean & felt safe. We all loved it and wished we had booked more nights there!

A wonderful property in a perfect location

Pablo’s house is situated in a very quiet suburb of Santander, perfect as a base for travelling or indeed for enjoying staying in for sunbathing and BBQing. Northern Spain has fantastic scenery and Estudio 12 was equally fantastic.

Great place to visit Santander, Bilbao and Picos de Europa

Large house, with large garden and great outdoor BBQ. Parking in front of the house. 7km drive to the city, one hour and a bit to Guggenheim, 2 hours and a bit to Picos de Europa. Bakery and large supermarket within 850 meters. We didn’t go for diner around the house because the BBQ was great.

Beautiful spacious house

What an amazing house and even more amazing garden with stunning areas such as a chill room, large kitchen en a nice outside swimming pool. More than enough space for everyone! The neighborhood is fine, not much to do nearby but that means it is also nicely quiet. Supermarket is nearby and so is Santander. We loved our stay, it made us feel very welcome and at home. One suggestion is fans or even airco for warmer nights could be a real nice surplus!

Huisje was top. Veel ruimte, leuke buitenruimte, goede keuken. Zwembad was niet verwarmd en iets te fris. Goede bedden. Wel auto nodig om tot aan de stranden of centrum te gaan.

Fantastic

The check in process was exceptional. The host sent a video to show what the surroundings looked like so it was really easy to find. Along with where the key box was, so completely contactless check in. The house and garden are 100% as shown in the photos. The only thing for me was the pool is quite a bit smaller than it appears to be in the photos and is an above ground pool which isn't clear in the photos. The host had left two dog bowls for my dog which was a lovely touch. There are plenty of green areas around to walk. Lidl is about a 10 minute walk away. It is really close to the ferry port for easy access. All in all a lovely stay.
