With independent entrance, it is on two floors and consists of a living area with a large fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor, while upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two small balconies that overlook the Greek Canal.

For greater comfort, our guests will have Wi-Fi internet access, independent heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, TV and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

Very easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the San Zaccaria water bus stop that connects you to Marco Polo airport and other islands in the lagoon. Leaving the apartment on foot, in addition to finding countless shops, restaurants and cafés, it is possible to reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes on foot, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
