Es war schön, die Lage ist super. Man kann vom Balkon das Meer schon sehen und erkennen, ob es ruhig ist oder aufgewühlt. Es ist eine eher ruhige Gegend, also keine Laute Straße oder dergleichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite, Lokale und Restaurants ebenfalls.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Italien. Das Meer ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und schon vom Haus aus in Blickweite – einfach traumhaft. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants, sodass man immer eine tolle Auswahl hat.Die Wohnung selbst bietet ausreichend Platz und ist liebevoll im typisch italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Kein unnötiger Luxus, aber alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Genau richtig, um sich wohlzufühlen. Für einen Familienurlaub mit Kind absolut zu empfehlen.Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Luciana: Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und den Check-in super einfach und unkompliziert gestaltet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht

Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich nicht weit weg vom Meer. Es war hier immer möglich auf einem Sprung zum Meer zu gelangen oder einfach an der Promenade entlang zu laufen. Hier war die ganze Zeit das Leben am pulsieren und zwar nicht der Touristen sondern der Italiener. In den Restaurants wurde zwischendurch Livemusik gespielt. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, das man nicht immer ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus findet. Gerade an den Wochenenden. Dies war aus unserer Sicht aber kein Problem, da man in der Nähe aber immer immer noch eine Parkmöglichkeit finden konnte. Von der Ortschaft aus ist es möglich Tagesturen in die Umgebung zu starten. Städte wie Pisa, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano und Volterra sind möglich und machbar. Es waren für uns sehr schöne und erholsame Tage

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein eher steiniger Strand (Wasserschuhe nicht vergessen!), zahlreiche Fischrestaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Küche und sehr bequemen Betten. Im Badezimmer müsste die Duschkabine repariert werden. Die Gastgeberin gibt viele Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und steht online für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage der Unterkunft

Die Promenade war zu Fuss in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum weissen Strand sind wir am 1. Tag zu Fuss gegangen. War allerdings nur über Umwege zu finden und wir waren 20 Minuten unterwegs. Haben uns dann fürs Auto entschieden. Der kommunale Parkplatz kostet 5 € pro Tag. Das finde ich absolut ok und der Strand ist dann in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Pisa und Florenz sind in einer Stunde Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten Dank Luciana sehr gute Infos bzgl Parken und Tramverbindungen. War überhaupt kein Problem. Am ersten Tag haben wir im coop eingekauft. Dieser ist sehr teuer. Wir waren dann bei lidl. Der hat normale Preise, wie in Deutschland auch. Vergleich: Sonnenschutz coop ca 20 € und bei Lidl ca 7 €. Es gibt im Lidl auch Produkte, die es in Deutschland nicht gibt! Die Wohnung war sauber und im italienischen Flair. Kein Schnickschnack, alles sehr einfach. Wer keinen Luxus im Urlaub braucht, der ist hier richtig. Die Dusche ist mit einem Vorhang provisirisch repariert. Das gehört mal richtig gemacht. Aber sonst war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Handtücher, frisch gemachte Betten und ganz wichtig: funktionierendes WLAN;-) Ich kann die Unterkunft in Rosignano Solvay empfehlen.

Top Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nahe dem Meer und ideal zum Erkunden der Toskana. Weingegend, schöne Dörfchen, Meer, Cinque Terre, Florenz, Lucca - alles sehr schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wurde kürzlich renoviert. Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Un’Oasi di pace vicino Firenze

1-16 Agosto 2020 Grazie Luciana per la tua disponibilità e gentilezza. Non ci hai fatto mancare niente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sono state due settimane, immerse in questa oasi di pace, in cui lasceremo un po’ del nostro cuore. La serenità interiore che ci ha trasmesso questo posto la conserveremo con molta cura, così come la tua cordialità, le sere sotto il portico a cenare tra un cielo stellato e la natura, l’incanto e la magia di ogni angolo. I momenti trascorsi in questo piccolo paradiso faranno sempre parte dei nostri ricordi più belli e preziosi. Grazie di tutto, anche dal nostro amico peloso. Paolo, Sarah e Birillo.

Lovely weekend stay

We enjoyed a quiet weekend relaxing and enjoying the countryside. The home was the perfect size and comfortable. The backyard was the perfect place to decompress and enjoy company of family. Would highly recommend this property for a stay. Additionally, there are walking/running trials close by and this property would suit individuals with an active lifestyle.

Wonderful Villa and Great Hostess

We had a great experience here. It was very private, secluded, yet close to everything (market, restaurants and train to Florence). The owner waited for us till very late in the evening to welcome us. She took the time to drive us around the neighborhood to show us the market, train station. We found a nice bottle of wine on our table on day 2. It was a nice offering. Great hostess, she kept in touch everyday, recommending places to visit. We highly recommend and would surely go back. The hot tub is a plus, especially after a day of walking around Florence.

Tres bon emplacement et beau jardin

Bel emplacement pour rayonner sur la Toscane et visiter Florence et sa région ( tram a proximité ) . Luciana est une propriétaire charmante toujours a l’écoute du bien etre de ses invites . Le jardin est magnifique et le jacuzzi exterieur est un delice !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft...

Super Lage alle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe Florenz super mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen . Pisa,Lucca,Livorno ca . 1 Stunde entfernt mit dem Auto. Die Vermieterin ist einmalig, hat uns alles gezeigt was man wissen muss hat sofort jedes Problem gelöst oder geholfen. Unser Hund ( Labrador) hat sie auch willkommen geheißen und er hat sich auch sehr wohl vor Ort gefühlt. Können wir sehr empfehlen diese Unterkunft !

N’hésitez pas !

Nous avons passé 12 jours là-bas et je conseille vivement cette location. Maison charmante avec jardin bien clôturé si vous avez des chiens. A 15 min de Tram de Florence et idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane (Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, Lucca, Voltera,....). Pas de piscine mais un Jacuzzi pratique vu la chaleur et une propriétaire très sympathique à la fois discrète mais disponible avec de bons conseils.

Bonita casa, con un precioso jardín. Ideal para visitar Florencia, a 10 min en coche tiene el Parkin gratis del tranvía que te lleva al centro. Y de vuelta, cansados de caminar un relajante baño en el yacuzzi.

The villa is wonderful, the view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside is absolutely breathtaking. The house corresponds to the description, it is clean and well fitted, the garden is well-kept and it's all just a stone's throw from the city. The outstanding masterpieces are the private jacuzzi hot tub in the garden, a real pearl after a whole day around the city, the indoor parking and the free WIFI access. We will never forget our breakfasts and lunches under the pergola, with complete privacy. Mrs Luciana has always provided us with all the information that we requested for tours, restaurants, etc., and delighted us with her excellent Strudel cake and a bottle of Chianti wine. We will definetely be returning.
