Welcome to the Studio at Beersheba Farm. You'll love your stay in this stylish, modern, 2-storey, 1-bedroom property. In a peaceful rural setting the Studio is a perfect base if you are looking for a break by the sea.

Well-appointed, the Studio is perfect for a special weekend celebration, or a longer stay exploring the spectacular sights of West Cornwall.

The Studio is close to St Ives, just over a mile from the south west coast path and all the gorgeous scenery of St Ives Bay.

Book your holiday at Beersheba Farm and you will be spoilt for choice - fantastic sandy beaches, wonderful walks, picturesque Cornish towns, renowned restaurants, harbours and bays and coastal activities are all just minutes away.

The Studio at Beersheba Farm has a full front wall of double height windows giving a bright and airy feel, whilst the central heating keeps you toasty in the colder months.

Enjoy open plan living with the ground floor kitchen, dining & sitting area - the hub of the property, you can truly relax and unwind in this beautiful space. Whip up a tasty evening meal or a nutritious breakfast in the fully fitted kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There is an additional sitting room on the upper mezzanine floor with far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. The high speed internet & executive desk – keeps you in touch with technology, ideal for either staycations or workcations.

After your day's adventures, get a great night's sleep in the ground floor bedroom with king (5’) double bed. There is an adjacent bathroom with toilet, sink and generous walk-in shower.

The Studio has its own lawned garden and small sunny patio where you can enjoy the views across fields and woodland to the tidal estuary at Hayle. It is situated in the grounds of extensive gardens of the owners (quiet, working, Cornish, family of 3).

There are rural and woodland walks around the farm with gorgeous sea views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse.

Please note that from May-September (& school holidays) this property is rented Friday to Friday for week stays, other arrival days available on request in low season.

For shorter or longer stays please enquire (min stay 2 nights in low season).

Lovely farm location

A spacious and well equiped studio for two. Helpful owners nearby if we needed help. Great location a short distance away from the hustle of St Ives!

Calm and comfortable

It was a pleasant stay at the studio Beersheba and we enjoyed to be at a quiet place with a wonderful view over the landscape and the nearby beaches of Hayle Bay.

A perfect place to stay in Cornwall

This place has it all: great hosts, an updated, very clean house to stay in, a comfortable bed, wonderful animal neighbors (bunnies, horses and cows), a view of the bay and walking distance (25 mins) to Carbis Bay and fantastic restaurants. From this location, you can get, within minutes, to St. Ives harbor, from the west to the east coast, to Lands End, to Penzance and St. Michael's Mount among hundreds of other wonderful options. Cornwall has something for everyone and if you are looking for an absolutely perfect place to stay, this is it. We look forward to returning annually. Thank you hosts!!

Brilliant Beersheba Studio

Very clean and spacious in a fabulous location. Host and hostess are really nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable as were the seats. If you need it there are two very large TVs. Kitchen is well equipped. Watch out for the stair rail if you have young children.

Cornwall is amazing

We had a nice time in our little farmhouse - there was everything we needed to have a joyful stay and the view over the fields is really beautiful and decelerating. Vicki and Andrew are courteous hosts and we can highly recommend this central location for trips through Cornwall.

The owners are a quiet, Cornish family of 3, that love woodlands and horses and being near the seaside.

Why they chose this property

The Studio is a fantastic base for couples wanting to visit a jewel of Cornwall - St Ives & the area. A great choice of golden sandy beaches are nearby, including popular surfing hotspots such as Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, and Gwithian Beach, Hayle. The closest beach at Carbis Bay, is a beautiful, sheltered, sandy beach including a watersports centre with kayak and SUP hire. A perfect location for coastal walking - very close to the spectacular Southwest Coast Path, as well as St Michael's Way that joins the north and south coasts. There is a lovely bar/restaurant within easy walking distance of the property, and a brilliant selection of coastal restaurants and cafes in St Ives, Hayle and Carbis Bay.
