The open plan living and dining room, with stunning sea views across Carbis Bay, is furnished with a deep comfortable sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV, making this an ideal space for spending time with family and friends.

The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal for nights spent at home with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and espresso coffee machine.

The dining area has seating for four.

The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king-size bed or two twin beds, there is also a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Off the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, WC and hand wash basin.

The second bedroom has a stately king-sized bed and ample storage.

Alongside the en-suite bathroom, Wingtips also offers a large family bathroom featuring a deep bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

• Access Statement – Wingtips is an apartment located on the second floor. From the Car Park, the building is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of fourteen steps, followed by one step up into the building. Once inside the property, there is a lift available for guests’ use. However, should the stairs be used, please note there are a further six flights of stairs consisting of thirty steps to second floor where the apartment is located.
