Never again

Misleading from the start. “Amazing views”, if rooftops and aerials are your thing. The hop was broken, the fridge didn’t work, limited kitchen utensils. Reported it but nothing done. Don’t use this company. Also they retained our deposit for a fabricated breakage.

Thank you, your comments help us to improve. Every time guests leave, the maintenance teams check everything. If they deducted money from the deposit, it was due to damages that you caused. The house is in the center of the city, so you can enjoy it. Best regards.

Toller Ort aber die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist teilweise auszuwechseln

Die Möbel in der Wohnung waren teilweise nicht mehr so toll: das Sofa defekt, Schublade im Badezimmer defekt, Teppich sehr alt und schmutzig, Herdplatte defekt (2 von 3 unbrauchbar), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar weil sie geschlossen vor sich hingammelt, Staubsauger defekt und dementsprechend viele schwarze Haare und Flusen am Boden, Balkon für Kinder überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert (Geländer zum Klettern im 6. Stock). Ansonsten super Lage, Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aufteilung und Größe.

Great

Nice flat, with a wonderful terrace with a big table and couches for all the family. Recently refurbished interior of the flat, modern kitchen and bathrooms. You can appreciate that the house has been taken care of. All the beds were comfortable and the house was clean when we arrived. The location is quite good as well, just a short walk to the closest beach.

The key and lock for the main door downstairs needs attention. It was very difficult to open at times.
