Your condo is stylish and modern. It has two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master has a king size bed with a door wall that opens to the balcony so you can hear the gentle sounds of the surf as you fall asleep and wake up each morning! It also has an en suite with dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom that also has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.

Sitting room in the main living area also has a queen size murphy bed all stored in a cabinet.

There is lots of living space in your condo. Enjoy your favorite TV show or just watch the beautiful waves out on the gulf in your large living room that looks out over the gulf. If TV is not your thing, take a seat on your couch or in one of the chairs in the sitting room and read a book and enjoy the views to the north of the beach and the gulf. This room also provides beautiful views of the sunset each evening.

A gourmet kitchen with all high end stainless steel appliances and a large island that is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glasses and plates. Lots of cupboard space including a pantry with pull out shelves.

There is also a washer and dryer located in the laundry room off of the kitchen for your use.
