Luxurious panorama over sea and horizon. Situated in Roses’ most exquisite location Almadrava, in a quiet street above the beach. Spacious indoor and outdoor areas, fully equipped for up to 10 -12 people (please see below).

Villa Alessia will leave you breathless with its enjoyable, very welcoming common space, with amazing views over the sea and the clouds. Fully refurbished kitchen, living room and indoor chill out area. Private parking next to the street with possibility to park 2 to 3 cars.

Sleeping arrangement

One master ensuite bedroom at the main floor with a direct access to the tropical garden and chillout area.
Downstairs, three more double bedrooms.
Fifth bedroom is suitable for two adults or four children.
Three bathrooms are ensuite and two rooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms have a direct access to the outdoor (terrace, garden and pool area).

Villa Alessia is perfect for stay of 10 adults OR
8 adults and 4 children.

Villa vue sur mer 180•

Magnifique villa offrant tout le confort et l’espace nécessaires à des vacances reposantes face à une vue panoramique sur la mer. La piscine à débordement face à la baie de Roses est tout simplement luxueuse !
